I have been locked out for 24 hours now, support has not written me back. Anyone know a number I can call?

As for iHoldem Inidicator - it is BACK for Carbon. (Mac). I cannot speak to the windows version. I emailed iHoldem support - very responsive. They made a fix overnight. Go to their website and download what is there now. It says it is the same version as the latest update but it is indeed a later build. (You see that via log.txt). Anyway, ok, playing there again, but also playing elsewhere just in case Carbon decides to abandon us. See you at the tables goodsaint.

A friend says he is having an issue with Carbon. He cannot even get into the login part of the client and gets a crash/error message every time. It also says "Carbon is no longer allowed in your jurisdiction". Anyone experiencing the same issue or know how to fix it? He lives in Massachusetts if it's any help.

I finally got through to support. They asked for my log file. Just now I opened carbon and another auto update went through. I am now able to log in. I am happy with the help I received.

The new update has been causing some problems for sure. I have 2 macs that I use to play. One is from 09 so the OS is too old to even run the software anymore. My other is running OSX Yosemite but still crashes frequently and I have to restart the software. Hopefully there will be a bug fix update soon.

Why run yosemite? Sierra is a free upgrade.

Is the Carbon HUD "dead"? I can't start the Holdem or Omaha HUD, and after reading some posts above suggesting to uninstall/reinstall, I went to the site looking for it to download and can't find it.

If it still exists can someone provide a link to it? If that's allowed in posts - if not please PM.

Was your withdraw for $3,600? If so, perhaps that represents the 5% fee they charge for withdraws. Sorry - haven't communicated with them for a very long time, so can't answer your real question.

They got back to me today finally after I posted on here.

Nah this w/d had no fees.

They credited my account the 163.75 that it was short.

Hello, I go by the sn ChargerFoLife1968 on merge and play mostly PLO. I have over 300k hands played in the last 2 years on merge and know all of the players very well. Recently there have been 3 Austrian players Gitti1955, Pippilangstrum, and Unknown 187 all sitting down to play 2/5 6m plo within minutes of each other usually 2 at the same time and one to folllow. I have played with each player individually before and have them labeled as bumhunters they wont play HU or shorthanded unless there is a weak 3rd player. All of a sudden 2-3 of them will sit at the same time and play 3-4 handed with me and when I sit out they all leave. This has happened a little under 10 times in the past 2 weeks.
Now, I am very cautious about accusing players of collusion bc its very difficult to prove and can really damage reputations if you are wrong. In this case I am very certain 2 of these 3 accounts are the same player. Thru 2500 hands the stat difference and player tendencies in my hud are undeniable all of them play very similar but 2 of them play within 2% deviation from vpip, pfr, cbet, fold to cbet, and same % for many other stats.

Carbon won't connect to the server for me either.

Uninstalled, then reinstalled. Unable to connect. Initiated cash out. Issues are probably due to update. Updates with reinstalled though. Tried email through site but they were canceled halfway through two times.
