I still can´t loggin to the site, the software is not working as described above.

Does anyone has any information on this matter? Why is this happening?

I have emailed support, but no answer yet, over 24 hours.

I received a $5 bonus in my account a few weeks ago that I thought I'd mess around with. My bonus is a "general" bonus, but I can't figure out how to move it to my cash balance so I can use it at the poker tables. Anyone know how to do this?

edit: I've tried emailing support twice, but never received a response.

merge having this problem now for almost a week.
Tbh I think its some kind of test like they did when removing the HUD and the tableselect option.

I emailed and complained about that. Helped in the past. Pls email the support and complain as well guys.

Add me to the list of recent fully banned players without any explanation. They're not even waiving my withdrawal fees like they have done for players in the past.

A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT DEPOSITING ON THIS SITE: Merge could essentially let you make a deposit, instantly ban you out of the blue without giving any sort of reasoning, and then charge their absurd 5% withdrawal fee to get your money back off the site.

I don't think any losing recreational players have been banned. You play at the highest limits. Win/cash out max sums. Is an explanation really needed? Though your WARNING in theory could occur, how many people would that probably happen to? I'd guess less than 1%. You'll make out just fine on Party and WPN. I can only hope to approach your level of success and get banned. Then I'll know I have arrived. Good luck.

Every time I've entered a reload code I had to email support.

been awhile since I played here, so PT4 is no longer supported?

They removed hand history support for ~2 weeks early last year, but it's back now; PT4 works fine.

Appearantly software is up again and people are grinding again.
Anybody who had the issues before and still got the client saying "connecting..." and then just closes a few seconds after ?
I emailed carbon about that and they just said the problem is on my end and it might be something with the firewall or no updated java.
However I set an exception for carbon at avira and also have everything updated.

Would be very happy if someone knows what I could do.

This was the exact scenario that happened to me. I emailed them and they informed me that I was permanently banned from the poker room.
