I find it much more likely Merge has simply been "playing favorites," trying to pacify those that have been relentlessly blowing up their inbox w/ death threats and tattling on them to Antigua.

Absolutely. Although I'm not sure how far death threats will take you in terms of speeding up the pay times. I have never even cursed once in any of my email correspondence or live chats with merge. I have heard of off shore sites confiscating balances due to players using inappropriate language with their reps.

How many US/CAN recreational players have deposited on Carbon via Skrill, roughly?
Of course pros are still on Merge. Even if they're not still playing there, they're still trying to withdrawal tens of thousands of dollars via Skrill and wires.
