refund? lol. merge dont do refunds. there was a big freeze the night before the big split. alot of players just got blinded down while those who werent having problems scooped dead money.

Looks like a server update later today and not sure if this bug with the frozen tables is related to that.

Luckily I'm not on any tables currently. Hopefully it gets resolved quick. Had to deal with this issue last time it happened a week or two ago.

Cool so I'm top 5 in chips in $60 10k and the tournament gets cancelled. So I'm guessing I'm getting only my buyin back? Thats so ****ing lame. Do the players who got eliminated get a refund as well?

Probably yes. Had the same problem few months ago and got refunded.

you guess wrong. they split the prizepool, 1/2 goes to every1 still playing in equal shares, the other half is awarded proportionally per chip stack.

i think (its in the website).

Was heads up in a $33 PLO8, $500 for 1st, $340 for 2nd, 120k to 40k, I was the chip leader. I wasn't keeping a super sharp eye on my cashier page today, but it appeared they gave me first place money immediately...

Players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will not be refunded in any way and will not receive any prizepool dividends.

Players that were active in the tournament at the time of cancellation will receive:
•The entry fee refunded
•The buy-in refunded from the prizepool
•If purchased, rebuys will be refunded from the prizepool, unless the rebuy was purchased for re-entry to the tournament after being knocked out
•If purchased, addons will be refunded from the prizepool
•If the guarantee was exceeded or prizes had been paid, a share of the remainder of the prizepool: 50% distributed equally and 50% distributed based on stack size at time of shutdown

If the guarantee was not met and prizes had not been paid, a share of the sum of an adjusted prizepool containing all non-refunded buyins, rebuys and addons: 50% distributed equally and 50% distributed based on stack size at time of shutdown
