Anyone have any insight into what I should do?
I would def do it if your withdraw is 1k or less. I'd personally do it if it was a max request

They seem to make good on WU withdrawals pretty fast but I have read of a few situations where they give someone a transaction number that doesnt work. I'd def gamble on that 1 for sure and be grateful they sent you a message. I asked my friend who has been waiting for a check since 3/1 if they got a message and they said no

Doing a little projecting there Joey. Attacking is your calling card. Calling me a Carbon/Merge defender in the past is fair. Pointing out doing a little homework before signing up on a site might reduce the later bitching and complaining is not an attack. And I've never gone to outright lying about anything. Can you say the same.....Didn't think so. My job as I told you in a reply to your PM asking if I'm an affiliate, isn't that hard to find. I mentioned it a couple times in the 'chat spew' thread on WPN thread. Guess that leaves "sick merge fetish". I'd go with that since it's not my job and you haven't came up with anything else. If that makes you feel comfortable, so be it. Just don't post anymore outright lies.

And if you get to keep WU as a future option you got it made. I wish I had the opportunity.

i personally know a good # of players who have in the $25,000 to $70,000 range on merge.

I think he's fighting you because of your choice in wording, not because you're rightfully upset with Merge. You can voice your frustrations all you'd like, they're certainly warranted. However, when you cross the line to start spewing something that's not necessarily true, you can't get upset when someone points out your error.

Now, that being said, let's all hug it out and move on.

Well said. Let's hope he can grasp that concept from you. Obviously when I say it he sees me and not the message.

I think that the problem is that you've been making too many black and white statements about things that you can't possibly know for sure. There's a myriad of possible reasons why the withdrawals have slowed. Most of them don't point to players losing their money. I can see why your posts have put goodsaint on tilt.

Request was only for $700 bucks, so I did it. My account now has $4200 on it and I was waiting on withdrawing it. Hopefully I can WU that one too.

I have raised hell for that $700 withdrawal though. Every 2 days I was on livechat basically yelling at them. Pretty cool they did WU, it is probably only for smaller withdrawals.

My favorite hypocrisy was when I asked one of the livechat people "what would happen if I made a new account, got on here and asked what your withdrawal times are?" and he answered that he would have to answer with "3-5 weeks" even though my deposit any many others are over the 10 week mark.

OK. But I guessed you skipped over the word "majority". No problem. This was about no one being able to cash out. Blatant lie. We all understand the cashout issues on this site. But to say no one can cash out is a lie. It's not too much to ask for posters to stick to the facts or their suppositions. But lying is not necessary. And repeated lying is gonna get called out. Just sayin...I'm as despondent as anyone over the current events. I've hesitated requesting a cashout until the issues seem to be resolved and have ended up losing 65% of my BR. Just not handling this period as well as I would like. C'est la vie.

You need some serious help. Keep arguing with everyone about the difference between a handful of players being paid and none being paid. I guess you can't possible look worse....

lol now carbon is trying to run a social media promo? that should be a huge hit. All their social media activity this year has involved people tweeting or leaving comments about how they are gettin screwed with not being paid or it taking 3 months. Surely new people that stumble upon their social media pages will be blown away by so much positive feedback from customers. I really hope at this point carbon is just trolling us because if they are this incompetent that is incredible.

question for kahn+goodsaint, if you could only play on one site for the rest of your life what would you pick pokerstars or carbon?

You can't ask a question, one you know the answer to and 2 this may never be a possibility for either of them. We don't know we can't see into the crystal ball, U.S. regulation is a joke and they may never let us play with everyone else again, segregation along with tougher games are combining to make the poker pool shrink ever so rapidly. One thing in Carbons favor I guarantee the level of softness. If you knew you were going to get your payments quickly, it may favor taking Carbon over Pokerstars, now we all know this isn't the case and it makes for such a asinine question.

Just talked to live support "Jason Evans" and asked how long it takes to withdraw from merge via check.

He says, 3-5 weeks and anything beyond that is a rare situation that becomes an expedited.

Told him im on week 12 and asked him why they are told to lie to their customers.

Asked for WU, obv was denied. First I was told i can do skrill, then after telling I cant I guess he looked up my account and saw it was cancelled so he came up with the bankwire line but i was within the 2-4 weeks timeframe and need to wait but no guarantees of course.

So basiclly they still leave skrill open for unwitting pawns just to tell them later on they cant do it.

The Western Union option is not available but if in the future you can get it we will let you know.

toni: at 8:14:27
it will be processed withing the 4 weeks timeframe?
toni: at 8:14:47

Andre Chambers: at 8:16:46
I cannot guarantee you that because we are having a high volume of withdrawals but we are working hard in order to process it soon.

toni: at 8:21:00

Andre Chambers: at 8:24:41
Toni I understand that you want your money now but the withdrawal team is working hard in order to send your money as soon as possible, that's all I can tell you at this time. Once your withdrawal is processed you will be informed via message.
toni: at 8:25:00
where are the customers funds?
toni: at 8:25:38
I want answers, no evasions.
Andre Chambers: at 8:26:57
Toni your funds are fine and you will get them for sure, but you still need to wait.
toni: at 8:27:16
Theyre fine, what does it mean theyre fine? Why arent people getting paid?
toni: at 8:27:41
If theyre fine then pay.
toni: at 8:28:32
There are no delays with skrill,u can fund ur skrill and pay out if needed.
toni: at 8:28:45
Why are you insulting me?
Andre Chambers: at 8:30:34
Sir I am not insulting you and I am sorry you feel that way but we hope you can get your withdrawal within the next days, as I said before we are having a delay because of the high volume of withdrawals but you will get your money.
toni: at 8:31:22
a delays
toni: at 8:31:25
delay
toni: at 8:31:44
tell me how long it takes to do a skrill transfer>
toni: at 8:31:52
ive done many but you tell me
toni: at 8:32:02
tell me how long a bankwire takes
Andre Chambers: at 8:32:27
It takes 7 - 10 business days but the skrill option is not available yet.
toni: at 8:33:08
well no, a skrill transfer takes less then 2 minutes, perhaps 5 if your slow and double checking and accounting.
toni: at 8:33:34
An int bankwire takes about 3 buisiness in general.
Andre Chambers: at 8:33:43
Oh you mean for depositing.
toni: at 8:33:49
No i talk about transfers
Andre Chambers: at 8:34:11
Because for withdrawals via Skrill takes 7 - 10 business days.
Andre Chambers: at 8:34:20
That's the timeframe.
toni: at 8:34:17
how so
toni: at 8:34:48
tell me, does it take 7 days to login into skrill and make a transfer?
toni: at 8:35:04
I understand ur skrill maybe low and u need to send money to it.
toni: at 8:35:26
So lets assume you need to wire money to skrill to to pay withdrawals via skrill.
toni: at 8:36:06
Well I suppose 7-10 days kinda makes sense even though I should be no more then 3-5 buisiness days.
toni: at 8:36:22
Ok now tell why no skrill at all.
toni: at 8:36:43
You still take deposits, you account is fully operational.
toni: at 8:36:46
Tell me
Andre Chambers: at 8:38:09
Toni the Skrill option for withdrawals is disabled, I do not have further details about this but the withdrawal department is working as well on it in order to get this option again.
toni: at 8:39:44
so basiclly your withdrawal department is some kind of secret cabal whos inner working are of such high value that they cant tell their reasons?
toni: at 8:40:56
Are they sitting in a bunker somewhere planning highly secretetive and advanced technology they cant share with us commoners?
Andre Chambers: at 8:41:16
I apologize about this Toni, please keep waiting that you will get your withdrawal soon.
toni: at 8:41:30
Maybe you can tell me who is your withdrawal department?
toni: at 8:41:54
Id be fascinating to know how these high wizards are.
toni: at 8:42:45
Id like some insight into their magic on how they process a bankwire.
toni: at 8:43:07
I mean ive recieved and done myself alot of them.
toni: at 8:43:23
Everyone on the planet seems to be capable of them.
toni: at 8:43:51
So whats the secret behind these mythical withdrawls that are beeing worked on?
Andre Chambers: at 8:44:34
We do not have secrets Toni, they are working on your withdrawal and it will be processed as soon as possible.
toni: at 8:46:02
You said u have no details. so if there are no secrets what would u call it then.
toni: at 8:46:12
Pls notice iam following your logic
toni: at 8:47:29
You dont do skrill, you cheques queue up and u cant do a bankwire in at least under 4 weeks and even that is unlikely.
toni: at 8:47:46
So please if there are no secrets tell me why?
toni: at 8:48:46
Doesnt it feel ****ty to lie all day?
toni: at 8:48:53
doesnt it make u tired ?
Andre Chambers: at 8:48:59
It is very unusual for a transaction to take longer than what is stated on our site; if it does happen, it is due to an unexpected situation and these transactions become top priority for us. Since yours has been waiting longer than it was supposed to it is in our best interest to avoid any additional delay so our Withdrawal Team is working to send it out as soon as possible.
toni: at 8:49:33
Oh that sounds great.
toni: at 8:50:02
But are you aware that all your withdrawals now take longer then promised?
toni: at 8:50:46
Pls be aware I do read 2p2 so maybe u cant adjust ur answers slightly to that fact.
Andre Chambers: at 8:52:44
I understand that Toni but please wait a little more.
toni: at 8:53:31
I know you understand
toni: at 8:56:09
well im out of time, sorry u have to work in such circumstance. All the best to your team of warlocks and wizards in the depths of a magical land where the mysterious hidden masters of the withdrawal department work their magic of bankwires.
Andre Chambers: at 8:57:05
Thank you Toni and have a wonderful day, you will be informed once your withdrawal is processed.
