I believe you / know of this too, he's told me everything before, I could probably get logs off an old computer.
edit: i have quite extensive logs when my friend phroznvirus was telling me to have him admit / tell me everything. he's a professional hacker (larfag not phrozn), phrozn is legit and was scammed.

No but seriously, DDOS is a virus, and like a normal virus in humans they spread, it is the same in a network environment. The script will be installed on their servers at their data center (which for Merge in in Canada). They are based in Antigua, therefore they sub out their servers just like when someone hosts a website, it is not really Merge's fault but the fault of the datacenter where the breach is/was.
