Khan I also spoke to support and I am a winning player at SNGs and they said it was coming back at 12PT. Where is your info coming from and I also have spoke to people whom also spoke to support saying it was coming back.

So after I read Khans post I just had a really pleasant talk with Ivan from Merge Support and I'm posting the screen shots. At first he tried to tell me the Leaderboards had already been terminated the PAST month? As in May....? Then afterwards he tried telling me the leader boards weren't being terminated. THEN after getting frustrated and trying to get a definite answer he then told me he didn't know for sure and to wait until tomorrow. Here are the screen caps to some of the unbelievable **** this person said to me. I apologize as they arent all in order and some are missing cause i couldn't screen cap all of it because I was disconnected from the chat and it redirected me to a survey before I could get it all I was just trying to get the rude comments as they were happening. Anyone else had an experience like this?

It's no big deal, we'll find out tomorrow one way or another. There's no reason to make it personal with support. They're probably getting paid in VIP points, so show some compassion.

I was getting disrespected by a tech regarding my business with them in which I pay them thousands upon thousands of dollars to play there. I think I deserve to be spoken to in a respectful manner at all times regarding questions I have on top of being lied to and then in the same conversation being told he doesn't know. That is terrible ****ing business on all fronts, and I'm supposed to show them compassion? Yea, no. The fact that they don't know and then have someone lie about it and then retract the lie is ludicrous. In the beginning of the convo he tried telling me they were canceled last month, and then said they aren't canceled this month, then said he didn't know. I play the leaderboards too and somehow I can find it possible to wait until tomorrow. It's like 4 in the morning in Rhode Island. Go to sleep.

It's over. I more than anyone want them to continue. I win them regularly and if not place near the top and I have a winning ROI. They make a big difference. Especially in bankroll building. They're removed from the Promotions page, and it's not about them removing the LB's.
I'll obviously switch to something else if they're gone. Clearly I'm not happy about it. The point more over was how was lied to about said leader boards, then told he didn't know, then disrespected by an Admin supporting their site/software.

A sufficient, "I'm sorry sir I don't know, please contact us tomorrow." wouldve been sufficient. Not, "They were canceled last month" "Oh wait no they're definitely not terminated." "Actually to tell you the truth I don't know and nobody is here to answer the question" then be ****ing rude to me on top of it. That was more the point I was trying to make than the LBs just being gone.

After I've been disrespected on numerous occasions, yes, I am going to ask him if he's simple when informing him not to be disrespectful to someone who's paying that site thousands of dollars to play there.

it looks like its over. this on top of the points to cash a few months ago has wiped out at least 70% of my income if not more. if any reps or management ever check this thread, know that myself and a majority of your high volume grinders are done and you are losing probably 80% of your rake.
