after how long sitting at your own table in a tournament with no action do you think it's appropriate to ask for a refund from the tournament?

10 minute levels, early in the game with a starting stack if that makes any difference.

been about 15 minutes now....

that happens when you first start up the client. check now, i bet they're back.

and lol, i just checked mine and they were 0 too. but i had just restarted the client and the 2nd time i opened up a lobby they are there. few seconds of terror.

It's a no go. Gotta make sure least amount of overlay possible for the 2X 100K so of course that means eliminating a tournament that starts 3 hours later.

I don't get why Merge thinks they have to cancel things when they run special tournaments. They could have ran the normal nighty $11 & $215 and they wouldn't have been affected in the slightest by the extra $11 & $215. The $100K's today showed that if you put out big tournaments people will play them.

^^ To that point, the $7k GTD $11 hadn't come close to overlaying throughout January. Since it was lowered from $7.5k GTD, it's overlaid once (for $60...lol) in all of January (counting work-week and Saturday runnings).

What's the deal with Merge and PTR? Does it not record PLO? I have searched for my name but no results can be found. Some other PLO players come up (even while sitting at a PLO table) but PTR just shows them having played NLH or FLH etc..

Figured I would post that I just got confirmation from Josh (solid PokerHost Support Agent) that players from NJ and DE are "More than welcome at PokerHost" so I take it this move by Merge is mostly a Carbon issue?

Seeing as Carbon is the face of Merge it would make sense in a way I guess. Figured I'd pass the info along, that's all.

Edit: I'm aware PH does it's own processing separate from the network etc, more or less just passing the info along as I reside in Nj.
