changing the subject just a bit here,
I was in about 10 sng's last night and had the nut flush at one table and i clicked to 3b all in and the client froze, before i could get her in!! (I know happens all the time probably)
i contacted carbon on the live chat last night, around 11pm central time last night. (was in about 10 games or so). I tried rebooting the computer 3 times, then tried starting the client about 20 times- turned off antivirus software, with no luck, screen just keep on saying that trying to connect to the client.
Live chat said i was the only one having this problem, so it was on my end.
I could connect to any other internet related program, just not to carbon. They then said to uninstall the client and then reinstall it. i did this, and then about a minute later, i could then log onto the Client.
Fortunately, these were only 2,5,10's sngs combined, If these were 50,or 100's sngs, could be game breaking deal.
I have been on here for about 2 years or so, Has anyone had similar issues like this? If so, would there be anything on my end i should prepare for/ and or change?
Live chat said they will submit a ticket and i should see some response in 24 hours. I just can't seem to believe it is anything on my system if everything else works well, hell, even hem2 was working correctly.
If uninstalling and reinstalling is the only solution, i need to practice this method a bunch of time to speed up the process with short cuts, etc... as in turbo's and super's there isn't alot of time to be screwing around with this process. Sorry to change the direction of this thread, but just wondering if anyone can share/comment if they had this problem and if they fixed anything on their end?
