I am becoming pretty frustrated trying to deposit.

Despite prominently advertising that they accept mastercard the staff is telling me that they can not accept mastercard from now on.

I bought a visa gift card which they also can not take.

I dont see an option to use western union for deposits.

What can I do to get money on?!?!

I think as U.S. player there is no way at the moment to avoid $50 fee when you are withdrawing by check or wire. You could always consider P2P transfer to withdraw smaller amounts.

Hi, I logged into Intertops to play tonight and when I tried to go to my balance in the cashier, I got an error message and can't see my balance. Is this happening to anyone else? Has it happened before? Is it temporary? Thanks!

It happens from time to time to me and it is temporary. I just try again or click on "poker limits", which will also show your balance.

Do they have a account history page/tab? Beside the "recent activity" section at the bottom of the balance page. Showing the last 2 days only is rather annoying.

If you want to see a detailed transaction history page, do the following:

Go to the Intertops poker homepage (www.intertops.eu/poker) and log-in. When logged in click the Sportsbook folder tab and you will be redirected to your sportsbook account (everyone has a sportsbook account).

In the top left corner you will see 'Account', press the 'Account' button and you will be able to see four options: Account Balance, Account History, Account Settings and Account Bonus Scheme.

Under Account History section and under Deposits you should see all transactions.

Where can I actually find my rakeback? the rewards section is confusing.

cashier -> My Profile -> VIP Status (it's in white text kinda hard to find unless you're looking for it)

There you will find your MGR and rakeback. Seems to be updated around 9-10PM EST everyday but I could be wrong about this part.

Rakeback is paid out once a day to the player account. It is paid in $10 instalments meaning that when you have earned yourself $10 in rakeback it will be paid out. If you in one day earn yourself $35 in rakeback, you will receive $30 ($10+$10+$10) the coming day and $5 will go on until you have another $10 instalment to be paid out.

You have to rake $27.78 to receive a $10 instalment.

Have these started yet? If not, when do you expect them to start? I looked and couldn't find any gold card satellites yet scheduled for the Irish Open.

How Do I View My Intertops Rakeback? -- Go to www.Intertops.eu and log in at the upper right hand corner with your username (not your table name!) and password. Next go to the sportsbook page, as your sportsbook account is the main account for all three products Intertops offers (Poker, Sportsbook, Casino). In the upper left corner, you'll see "account." Click on that and then click on "all the bets" in the account history section. Set options to the past 4 weeks. Next search the report for "Bonus!" These "Bonus!" entries are your rakeback payments that are released in $10 increments daily.
