In Windows 7, I have the taskbar customized with an arrow for hidden icons. If I click on the arrow, the option for customize comes up. I personally don't have notifications hidden, but I do have the Intertops set to close when client closes and not start when windows starts. When you click customize, the programs come up - you can set Intertops to hide icon and notifications.

You can do this with all the clients - Merge, Lock etc. However, I've found just setting to only notifications sometimes works.

The pop up adds for all the big tourneys every 30 min would be tolerable if it didnt crash my client everytime I clicked OK while I playing in the same tourneys it wants me to register for

this seems to be a new thing. B/c now when I am playing a hu sng, unless I click ok on the popup I cannot perform any actions on the table i am playing on. I am going to try and minimize the lobby and see if it makes any difference.

edit: yes minimizing the lobby while playing seem to stop the popups that appear within the lobby screen. This is still completely ridiculous as some of us run the lobby on another screen during play to keep track of what's going on; now it's impossible since it paralyzes your actions on tables being played. Can Lock get any scummier?

Okay, have deposited, client verifies bonus, but not in Sportbook as described (its on Poker Side?). Am signed up with affiliate through rakeback, how can I verify how rake back works? (Call me dumb )

Is it payed out in $5 increments or $10, and How do I know that the affiliate is correctly linked as they claim (think they used the same link as the rep here, but can't be positive - you know how the memory goes).

Live help is really friendly, WU processed quickly, and got the discount first use fee of $9 - so though they may call me fish, I don't deposit a lot.

Nevermind - most of my questions answered on the previous page, and live chat verified I have rakeback (just have to get used to this client). Oh, this is so smooth compared to the lead site for Revolution, though I still am pulling for Lock, since they are the owner of the network.

When does rakeback get paid into your account?

For me it gets paid at 9 am central US time (chicago)

Haven't gotten any for 2 weeks. Am I doing something wrong? It shows in the VIP place but never goes into the account.

In comes in increments of 10 dollars, so if you havent reached 10 bucks in rakeback that might be the reason, if not I'd contact live support.

I brought this up before my rakeback starts over once a week and I think I never get to $10 before it resets. So I don't think I ever really get any rakeback payments.

Go to Intertops.eu home sportsbook page. In the upper left corner, you'll see account. Click on that and then "all the bets" in the account history section. Set that to the past 4 weeks. Then find on page: "Bonus!" They should be in there in $10 increments. If they aren't and you can see more than $10 in total accumulated rakeback from your profile>balances>VIP status in the cashier, then you are being jipped.

If you don't rake $10 in a month does that mean your rakeback gets set back to zero?

Hello. Perhaps Intertops Rep could check my account for me when you get a chance? I have a question regarding rakeback. I made my account a while ago (~1 year) and I signed up with rakeback. However, I never deposited until yesterday. Since this time, I have played on Cake Poker with rakeback. 90 days have passed since I last played and I wanted to make sure I still have rakeback on Intertops. I asked live support and they told me I do have rakeback. However, when I look under VIP Status of my account, it says "0%" of $xxx earned. When I was on Cake Poker, I recall this section reading "33%" of $xxx earned. So I'm not sure if I am all set with rakeback. The numbers are all at 0 (hasn't updated yet) so maybe that has something to do with it as well, even though I have played. Anyways, if you could check into this for me I would appreciate it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I had to get on Live Chat to find it. Under the VIP status, it defaults to 6/20 - through 6/26. I clicked on the drop down - and changed it to 6/13 - 6/19. It shows the 36% cash back earned, and the earnings for fpps. Glad you brought it up - never would have found it.

So click on the drop down, it should be there (and live help seems to be accurate on these things, nice to have). When I joined Carbon in 2010, they had live chat. When you are getting started on a new platform like I am - it is very helpful (of course, we could remember the times we were spoiled in 2008 and 2009 with live telephone support )

I think it will update for next week.

Today i made my first deposit of 10 Euro to Intertops Poker. I would like to redeem bonus as it is written on their promotions ( http://poker.intertops.eu/en/promotions/ ). After 4-5 unsuccesfull tries, i contacted the support. So fast and smooth conversation it was with one of them. But from what they told me, the first deposit must be minimum 20 Euro or $20 to redeem the bonus. But it is not written on their page, and if it was written 20 Euro, i would deposit that much because of the bonus. It is just confusing that it is written on their promotion site about the minimum deposit limit, but only maximum is written.

Today I loaded $100 onto my prepaid debit card. As I was going to make a deposit on intertops. Come to find out that your processor made a forced withdraw, unauthorized of course, for $180! What is this about? Now I am sitting here waiting for live chat and can not get anyone. Whats going on here?

My friend trying to signup for intertops, says his account is locked, he tried phoning support to get it unlocked, they wont unlock it for him. How can he get it unlocked?
