I have a suggestion:

since MG/WU is the only fool proof deposit method for the U.S. players, I think it would be great if Intertops adopts the same policy as many of the other poker skins that accept U.S. players, i.e. reimburse MG/WU deposit fees!

As great as I think it would be to give back the fees for WU most rooms stopped doing that a while ago. More importantly though your statement is incorrect. I have never been declined with any visa I use including my chase debit.

For any US players having problems depositing via Visa go to Chase and get their Visa gift card it works.

Serge the debit Card has been fully explained on a earlier post. Intertops has it set up so when you hit info about the card it takes you to an email link (payments@intertops.eu) which gives you the rest of the Info. Yes it would be nice to have phone or live chat know what they know but it's a brand knew option and It's not like Intertops didn't know it's just the specific part of Intertops knows which they should. I'm pretty stoked at the idea of having a withdraw in 48 hours direct to your card.

Personally I don't care about the reimbursements b/c I hardly ever have to deposit. But I think for a recreational player it's kind of an extra incentive.

With all the horror stories around with people getting fraudulent charges on their CCs and DCs, many just don't feel safe using their personal cards to deposit onto offshore sites.

I just downloaded Intertops as I thought it was one of the ones people in NY could use but it says my state isn't accepted. Is something wrong or was I misinformed?

My journey to find a halfway reputable place to play poker isn't going well :/

It is, but 2 weekends ago they did not pay me on Sat and Sun and when they paid on Mon they included the missed payments. So far today I have not been paid.

You can log into your account on the Intertops website. Then go to the sportsbook section. As they are a sportsbook all your account info is kept there including poker. On the upper left you will see "account", click it. I believe you are looking for "account history".

Sure you can get rakeback on Intertops! If you have a rakeback account on Cake then you must have been inactive (not even logged in) on that account for at least 90 days. After that you can email or PM me and I will set your Intertops account on rakeback.

Go to the Intertops poker homepage (www.intertops.eu/poker) and log-in. When logged in click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner and you will be redirected to your sportsbook account (this is your main account for all three Intertops products). You will be able to see four options: Account Balance, Account History, Account Settings and Account Bonus Scheme.

That's just a lie. I called your support and was told that UKash was an available method for US players to cash out but, for whatever reasons, I was being singled out and couldn't use it. I asked why that was the case. No one could tell me.

All you said is that I couldn't use UKash since I didn't deposit with it. Obviously, I didn't deposit with it! On Intertops cashier it says that US players are not allowed to deposit with it but are allowed to withdraw with it. After I called you out on it, I have been ignored. All my inquiries regarding the reloadable debit card have been ignored as well.

It's highly unlikely (99.999999999%) you can use Ukash from the US. Also, it clearly says on the cashier page "Intertops reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests from specific countries and/or states." for ukash.

You're making a big deal out of nothing b/c as I said above there's very little chance you can use ukash from the US.

Edit: Confirmed, took me ~2 mins to look at the Intertops cashier page and the ukash website
