If you have a rakeback account on the network you have to be inactive (meaning not even logged in) for at least 90 days on that rakeback account until you can open another rakeback account on another skin.

Depends if you went through an affiliate and then it depends which one. Usually accounts are not automatically tagged with rakeback unless they sign up through an rakeback affiliate. If yo PM me your username I will check it for you.

If you really need a specific site, I use rakebacknation, but like the rep said, just google it and pick one. As far as I know, almost all legit RB sites offer 33% on intertops.

Or do the same thing you're doing when you choose Intertops - sign up through an affiliate that has a rep and thread here. Quite a few to be found in the Affiliates/Rakeback forum. Far better than picking a random one from Google IMO.
