I wish they would display the payout when you bust out ITM.

Really wish they'd do some promotions to get the cash games going. Absolute nit fests.

It's a ghost town. Tonight, no 500nl tables were running, and only 4 200nl were running when I hopped on for an hour or so.

Rakeback was a horrible idea. When that $$ was going into social media advertising w/ good deposit bonuses and splash pots the games were much better.

I know it's better to have a live game going with a lot of money going into pots but if they're overall just really passive, isn't this a nice, low variance way of putting together a profit? I mean, at a certain stake level simply stealing the blinds repeatedly has to be profitable, no?

Global keeps changing the SNG lobbies to some weird format that is worse than the one they usually use. It throws off SharkScope tracking too.

It's been like this for 2+ years. They have rakeback now but doesn't change the quality of games much long term....They have a dep bonus right now actually, Free $50 cash bonus if you dep $150 (doesn't include the ~2% fee bank charges).....Expires in 2 days. But yeah I'm not sure what else they can really do. They had splash pots for a while but didn't help much.

Games are still profitable but when everyone is really tight and really nitty/passive, your winrate will always be low even if you're best in the world....It's the nature of poker. Lower variance for sure, but you just can't make much at all no matter how well you play even if you're Phil Ivey etc in nitty games....If you're playing $5/$10+, sure the game might be big enough, but most of us don't play that high. Also it's very boring to play in nitty passive games.

This is why I wish we'd see more ante+straddle+doubleboard+bombpot type formats online. I don't see any reason to not force people to put money into the pot more often. Certainly better than, as you point out, basically just sitting down with a handful of other people grinding rakeback all day.

The site folded one of my hands for me, might have cost me $100... also no time banks in SNGs with their change to lobbies. Terrible.

if I am playing on ACR/Ignition/BOL... with a HUD and Jurojin running, and want to play on Global as well, is that gonna be an issue with any TOS? (obviously HUDs/Jurojin don't work with Global)

I don't see this deposit bonus. All of mine are for SC MTT Ticket entries which are of no use as I only play cash.

Just came across this today. It's about playing in "nit colonies". From Adam Jones.

I bought some Grizzly Ticket packs and then got unexpectedly busier than I anticipated this past week. If I don't use all the tickets will they be able to be used for any 11/33 tournament?

Fwiw I completely disagree that the cash games on global are nitty. Global has some special whales you won’t find on other sites.

I agree with you here. They play more like live whales from what I've seen.

I don't get how anyone could think there are true nits on Global. Even the nits there are calling stations

They said they are aware on discord and twitter, hopefully they are prepared to give out some refunds or tickets at the least. Even if you are able to play the lobby is lagging so far behind and the tourney clock is lagging for the blinds
