I submit a withdraw few days ago. I got the money on my account, but the transaction is still visible in withdraws as "processing". I can't cancel, delete it or submit another withdraw. Does anybody have similar issue? It is already few days like that since I got a money on account.

I emailed support. Few hours later withdraw transaction disappeared from the list of undergoing withdraws and I could do another one. Then few hours later got email my last transaction was processed successfully.

Has anyone had difficulty being able to increase their deposit limit from the 200/400/500 the account starts at?

I emailed them and asked and they relied with:

To further assess your deposit limit increase request, we will require your most recent 3 months of personal bank statements in PDF format.

Confirm the new 1 Day / 7 Days / 30 Days limits you're looking to establish?

I replied back with the bank statements and a screenshot of my pokerstars account and told them which transactions on my account were from pokerstars. I also explained I play abroad in casinos and also in my local casino and explain which transactions on the statements were from those cash deposits. I explained I am a professional poker player and gave them my screen name so they could check my recent WCOOP and SCOOP wins.

They replied with:

I have never had difficulty depositing on an online pokersite before and have played on loads. I am a paying customer and pay huge accounts in rake like all us grinders. They should want my business. Has anyone else had trouble like this? So many of the big pros play on GG I don't get how they don't understand what a professional player is..

Biggest GG scam is that they keep the rake if you satty in the same tournament twice. It is a blatant spit in ur face.

Yeah this is just horrible. Giving players 15% of the promised rb using pvi ain't nothing compared to this outrageous behavior. OMG!!! THEY ARE KEEPING THE RAKE YOU DIDN'T PAY!!!

yyes , i had to do the same. but i wrote them that i was uncomfortable with a bank statement, and they said any gov letter is ok. i then sent them a fine i had to pay from myy local gov and it was enough for them. its just for the name + address i think

I was suspicious that i dont hit anywhere near enough flush draws. I manually filtered all my hands which flopped a flush draw. Then added saw turn, then removed saw turn and added saw river. I am hitting flush draws 9% less times in a total sample of 230k hands. Flush draws where 500 hands ball park. In the end of the day anything can be justified by variance

Anyone same missing tournaments? Before I login, I can see all. After login bunch of them are missing (like above 5k, the 525 bounty hunter etc)

I know paid trackers like hem3 can import them, but i use hem2 and refuse to pay for an inferior product like hem3

IIRC a while ago GG tables would shift focus to the table where action is longest needed (like pokerstars) but now when i play it shift focus (and frame) to the table under mouse (like ipoker)

I like it the way it was, the stars way. Anyone know if that is still possible?
I tried turning smart focus on and off (after restarting) but this doesnt seem to do anything.
