Hey,

Can I please ask if GG takes rake postflop for the money put into the pot above the effective stacks? What I mean is let's say the pot is 50bb on the flop and there are two players in the hand. Let's say one player has 10bb and the other has 100bb. If the 100bb player goes all in and the 10bb player calls, will the rake be charged on 50+10+10 pot or on 50+100+10 pot?

I think PokerStars is doing the latter.

Umm yea they’re acting sketchy. I deposited BTC on Dec 24th and it’s still not credited to my account. Have deposited 3-4 times via BTC in the past with zero issues.

Support just giving me the run around. Now they are saying the BTC will be sent back to me. I said “how are you gunna send it back to me without me giving you a Wallet address?”

And that’s the last I heard from them

I guess I’m out $400 in BTC lol....caveat emptor !!

Look into the agent, skin is fine. Just make sure agent has a solid reputation and been around for awhile.

Well, usually of they cashier for you they are an agent. There are a lot of them, some are not so good.

You can, there are some negatives to that and you would have to speak to your agent directly about them. I'm not sure the policies that skin has vs mine. Definitely clear all that stuff up first. IF you have hesitation about them or cannot get anyone to sort of vouch for them, best to wait. My guess is most are fairly decent overall, but like any group of people there will always be a percentage of bad eggs

if we win more than 1 sattelite same tournament?what will happen 2. ticket?can we change cash ot t$?
for example ggmaster 150$,we win 3 sattelites.1 of ticket will playing ggmaster,how can use others?

I double checked it and its official.They are doing their best to scam us.They changed their page to ""total prize of 10-20 is 6150$" and down down down at the page say that is c$. Ofc,worldwide c$ is the most common think.

No, it's even worse. They invented the Cash Dollar (c$), an equivalent of the Tournament Dollar. They can only be used in Cash games. All leaderboard money will be paid in c$. Other rakeback too.

Leaderboards were what made it worth paying the extra rake pre flop for me, but with this implementation of C$ I think a lot of players will just move to stars.

The more secure network and no flop no drop might justify paying the extra rake on stars

Had a splash pot thingy @ PLO100 where all the players got $100 to their stacks which was nice. Not sure if this a new thing, I'm pretty new to the site.

Can someone explain in-detail better these recent changes? I was considering the GG Network in 2021 and beside not being able to use the C$ for tourneys, what else is there? That's still considered cash that I can cashout?

Should I now also wait for this supposed "purge" and is so for how long before I pick an agent/affiliate and make my first deposit there? Finally, @Kooky why do you think a lot of players would move to stars? I've been registered to stars for a decade and when it comes to Canadian residents they are the worst in terms of rakeback, unless I've missed something.
