Your starting balance when you log in and your ending balance when you log out is your profit loss marker.
Pokercraft will give you session results which does include rake which you would then have to subtract your balance change from to figure out rake. Assuming of course you remove bonuses as well.
Its not ideal but if you really want to know your post rake profit that's how to do it.
In the grand scheme of things if your balance is higher at the end of each month and you're happy with how much it grew then all the other stuff is just noise.
