Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to operate in Italy, where .com sites have been banned since ages? Even before the US Black Friday.

I’m posting this because I’m trying to get CoinPoker to respond about my account and give me some kind of timeline.

My username is Be4vis. On June 1, I won the “₮15 6-Max Prime” tournament. The transaction shows the tournament winnings at 01 Jun, 2:52 PM. I finished 1st out of 198 entries. The prize pool was ₮2.5K. My winnings were ₮648.57, and my balance after the win was ₮653.88. The tournament reference number shown is 16502851780336708410389.

A few minutes later, at 2:59 PM, I tried to withdraw ₮653.88. The withdrawal was rejected. The message in the client said, “Due to a temporary error, the withdrawal couldn't be processed. Your money is safe and will be refunded shortly.” The withdrawal reference number is 1131650285178035114918281.

After that, my account was locked.

Support told me Security had emailed me, but I never received that email. I checked my inbox, spam, junk, trash, and recent email history. Security later said my Be4vis account was linked to an older account called hedgehog18.

I replied in the Security thread like they asked. I explained that hedgehog18 was my old account, that I believed it had been closed or was inactive, and that I cannot log in to it. Be4vis is the only CoinPoker account I currently use or can access. I also told them I am willing to verify my identity and close or deactivate the old account if that is what they need.

I also submitted the identity documents they asked for. Since then, I have not received confirmation that the documents were reviewed. I have not received a timeline. I have not been told what the next step is.

What bothers me is that CoinPoker accepted several hundred dollars in deposits into the Be4vis account from May 26 through June 1, including both crypto and fiat deposits. The account was allowed to deposit and play. The restriction only happened after I won the tournament and tried to withdraw.

I am not asking CoinPoker to discuss private account details publicly. I just want someone there to confirm they received my response and ID documents, confirm that my deposits, balance, and winnings are preserved while this is reviewed, and tell me what the timeline is.

I have screenshots of the tournament win, the rejected withdrawal, the reference numbers, the deposit history, the Security email about Be4vis and hedgehog18, and proof that I submitted identity documents. I will redact personal information before sharing anything publicly.

I guess Coin Poker has no comment on this. Imagine that. This organization has zero accountability. Hundreds of people on this blog with money STOLEN. Its a criminal organization. Dont be fooled.

Hi they'll be in the process of reviewing your docs, and once they have then they'll reply. An average sort of timeline is around 5 business days for multiaccounting cases but it depends on the case.

5 days? Is your company still operating in the dark ages? of course during that time i'm free to go lose all that money just not withdraw it. This is incredibly disconcerting to have my withdrawals just blocked and have absolutely no way of communicating with anyone live. Your company has been set up like this on purpose and that level of service is simply unacceptable when you take money in deposits then prevent withdrawals. How can your company justify this behavior? Also my other account is closed. It was closed by support by my request. I never had two accounts open simultaneously.

This site is one of the best spots online right now. The regs here aren't real regs. like random no names ive never seen before sitting the lobby that play like regs for maybe 40 or 50 hands before they start punting hard EV blunders.

The rakes are huge yea but the RB seems to be megatron like 80% or someshit. its nuts. then people playing the splashpots so ridiculously bad, have seen mulitple people just open folding in them.
Thanks for all the support, I remember you from the Thailand thread years back although I don't think we ever met.

The idea with higher rake (and higher rewards) was exactly this, to make the site softer, it has allowed us to expand our marketing and acquire more recreational players like this in certain regions of the world. And the site has much higher traffic now than before. It's the model that works, as Zinhao said when we first announced the rake changes https://x.com/zinhaooo/status/2029024181229109586

The site is doing fine, and it's good to see that the thinking players recognize this and have stayed with us. WPM also had record traffic for tournaments and we paid out way more than the $25M in GTDs.

You multi-accounted. Saying you closed the other account does not automatically erase the issue, especially if the site still needs to review the account history.

Also, four hours passed and you’re already calling it a scam because nobody replied instantly on a third-party message board. They gave you a valid response: up to five days. That seems normal when a human has to review the account and make a decision.

And honestly, we’re talking about pennies here. If you cannot stop yourself from losing it while you wait, that is not really on them. Keep us updated though.

That's an industry standard timeframe, on some poker sites it can even take up to 14 days. From a quick look both of the accounts you mentioned have been active in tournaments in late May? You can communicate with us live over X in DMs if you wish, and we've replied here within hours. Thanks for your patience while this is investigated.

More worrying is this "obvious multi accounting" with both accounts active has been allowed and only stopped when the customer tried to withdraw Seems there's very little security going on, fair comment

Yeah, whoever you are, you definitely know what you’re talking about your head so far up your ass you don’t even know what you’re looking at. I don’t know the first thing about multi accounting. I don’t even know that term. I’m just learning to play online poker I have a life I have a job. I don’t play poker full-time and pretend I’m a pro. I’m just looking for basic customer service but when you’re dealing with a company that’s not supposed to be doing business in this country then this is what you get all you armchair quarterbacks with an opinion.

I understand reviews can take time, but “industry standard timeframe” is not really the issue I’m raising.

The issue is that my withdrawal was rejected with a generic “temporary error” message, my account was locked, I was told Security had emailed me when I had not received that email, and after I responded and submitted identity documents I still was not given confirmation, a timeline, or a clear next step.

If CoinPoker’s position is that both accounts showed activity in late May, then I need Security to explain exactly what they mean by “active.” My position remains that the hedgehog18 account was closed BY SUPPORT UNDER MY DIRECTION BECAUSE I WAS DONE WITH THIS APP. DO NOT INSINUATE THAT BOTH ACCOUNTS WERE OPEN AND USEABLE AT THE SAME TIME. I opened a new account ONLY AFTER the original one was closed. AT NO TIME DID I EVER "MUTI APP" (whatever that term means). I am brand new to this online poker thing and one thing is for sure, this is one nasty, toxic environment of people who live behind a computer screen and troll people looking for help.

What is frustrating here is that the Be4vis account was allowed to deposit and play during the same period now being reviewed. CoinPoker accepted several hundred dollars in deposits from May 26 through June 1, including crypto and fiat deposits. The restriction only appeared after I won the June 1 tournament and tried to withdraw the resulting balance.

I’m not asking for private account details to be posted publicly. I’m asking for basic process: confirmation that Security received my response and ID documents, confirmation that my accepted deposits, balance, and tournament winnings are preserved while the review is pending, and a real timeline or next step.

I will DM on X as suggested, but I want to keep the public record accurate. Your response here was the first meaningful response I received from anyone at CoinPoker about timing or process. After I submitted documents and responded to Security, nobody confirmed receipt, nobody gave me a timeframe, and nobody explained the next step through the normal support channels. I had to find and post in this message board just to get a response. That is exactly why I posted here.
