I play regularly on the network for several years. Few weeks ago, some players and myself have been restricted.
we cant play more than 2 tables anymore... I still try to get a clear answer from the support.(almost a month)
For the moment they are only able to tell me : this decision is per management
discretion and permanent. I guess it is the same for the others.
If all the regular players were all restricted there wont be much to say, but it is not the case....
All the players restricted won during the last few weeks... and all of them play on BOL or tiger. Apparently , nobody from sportbetting (as far as I know).
Why now ? Why not everybody? what is the reason ?
If you are in the same situation please comment. It is totally unfair.

Hi i'm trying to install TigerGaming on my new desktop and at first everything worked fine. however after a few minutes the client crashed with an error 12002. I tried relaunching the program, but received the same error, then i tried uninstalling and installing the soft. Do any of you guys use chico hands converter from (kingshands) on Betonline?

Do you guys have any problems because using hand converting software?

Because I talked on live chat and they said that using hand converter is allowed. Than I wrote e-mail to them and they said that they dont recomend using any software.

So I am a bit confused now. I dont even mind playing without the hud. I would just like to track my hands and wins/losses.
