Hi! I am sakkos00 on PS hungarian player, I used to play 180 man on stars but currently I play NL50. I must to share my
SIMPLE cashout request on
Tigergaming. I deposited 1200 dollar with skrill after it I started to play NL50 and I won some money, not much my current balance 1644. 8 days ago I read Simplepoker article that They don’t recommend to play on Chico network. I requested 1000 dollar cashout. I wanted to continue to play, because I had reload bonus. Now the problems started here, with just simple withdraw request. They cancelled my cashout because my registered email and my skrill account doesn’t match. Yes it’s true but what’s the problem? They said I should to change my email but in the cashier I can’t, I should to talk with Live chat. Ok, I wrote on Live chat, the support guy said someone will call me on my contact number. (I gave my number) No one called Me. I tried again, same no one called me. I did it again in email for
support@tigergaming.com. They gave number 1-800-977-4717 I need to this and someone help me and change my email. No one took it. I check this number in google, this number is probably Chico number because first search show this is betonline number. I was goning to upset, no one wants to help me and pay me, I requested new cashout with my all balance. After it They restricted my account. I could login in the poker lobby but a couldn’t login in the main page and I couldn’t use the cashier. Some email, I got back my rights, but still they don’t want pay me becase my email and skrill doesn’t match, call the 1-800-977-4717. I called but no one took it. I made new skrill account with email what match with Tiger account but They don’t pay me becaue:
"Regarding the payouts cancelled, keep in mind Skrill emails used to make deposits lately, have been
xxxxx@gmail.com. This is the one, you need to change on the Tiger account , so it can match as for deposit and payouts, same email for request and payout.”
But in my player profile I can’t change. I need an assistance, but no on help take my call, no one help me.
And best email coming now. I was very angry I tried to cashout my all balance again.

In regards to your payout request, we want to inform you that it has been cancelled since we’ve noticed that your account shows logins from different locations(CZECH REPUBLIC), other than your home address, therefore we need further clarification for these mismatches.

It’s clear lie!!
I live in Hungary in, the boarders are closed, next country to Me is Slovakia closed, also Czech Republic boarders are closed and not just closed They have highest strict travel bann in Europe!! I don’t use VPN because I play on PS and They stricktly forbid VPN, but everyone know it.
Next I tried to request cashout and I asked in email why liyng for me, I can demostrate easily I am in Hungary and not in Czech R. Now They don’t answer and don’t pay Me.
