I only use cryptocurrencies to deposit/cashout and have only ever had 1 larger payout take more than 24 hours(48 hours in that case). In that one case I was traveling and accessing the site/software from an unkown location so a delay and me having to call made total sense. I'd recommend switching to cryptocurrency deposits/cashouts in the future for faster cashouts.

The one located in their FAQ looks like it might be outdated.

Anybodys game freeze up tonight around 1:50AM easter time? My internet connection was fine. After I signed put it wouldnt let me sign back in. I was in the middle of a sit and go too.

I think you should be able to get compensated if you send an email or talk to live chat when you can connect again. It's obviously not just happening on your end. I would advise against reentering the SNG if it happens to come back up soon if you wish to get a refund.

How do people convert the HH into PT4? I don't like using the catchers because I feel like they miss hands/are laggy, etc. What I do with ignition is download the HH manually and convert them then import from file.

It looks like the BOL hand histories are just a .db file. Is there a similar process I can follow?

LOL. I actually believe getting a good amount of sleep is very important to a healthy mind. I've just been spending a little bit more of my free time in the forums this week. Perhaps too much?
