I had 170k in points. Just logged in to play a tourney, and I have zero. Asked live chat, they expire on June 1st, gave 3 months extra as a bonus. I asked if the ones I earned 2 days ago expired, answer was truly sorry but yes. Lol, just bull****. They are worthless anyway but damn. If the site keeps going down/disconnected I'm out.

I'm finally in, I'm just going to switch to Cash games since they disconnect all the time.

Must be all the ACR players jumping over here since ACR is having DDOS/Canceled tournament issues..

the vip system is sooo ******ed
the only mtt you can get rid of (a decent amount of) points in is the sunday main (and can't be used for rebuys) so for cash players that grind the site a lot they literally have to buy into the sunday mtt every week and even then they might (depending on cash volume) accrue more points per week than they can get rid of in the weekly mtt

I wonder why they left certain amounts for some people? Absolutely makes no sense that the ones I grinded out for the last 2 weeks are gone. I could understand if they were from 6 months ago and I wasn't ever using them. Not that I would agree with the decision in that case either. Was it really too hard for someone to attach a notice to one of the BetOnline emails I get every week?

This is just one of them at .10/.25. One of a dozen or more bots with nearly identical stats.

Agreed, this is pretty ridiculous. I use mine pretty regularly to enter tourneys. I didn't have that much, but it's annoying to be wiped to zero.

Options for US poker are so terrible. All I have are this site and ACR which seems to be constantly down.

They actually added more tournaments you can use VIP points to buy into. Before there was only 1 tournament and it was at 7AM.. lol this definitely is a step backwards for BO. Seems like every time a Poker room gets leveled up, they squeeze the customer for rake or fees.

It's been 1 week since BO double charged my Visa. I sent BO my Visa statement last sat and they claimed they didn't receive. I called them on the following Tuesday and sent them statement while on phone which BO received. 24 hrs later BO says no double charge was made.

Another call to Visa and visa says it's right there in the statement that I was double charged. More emails, chats. and phone calls to BO and they still maintain no double charge was made.

Yesterday BO sent me email claiming responsibility for double charge and asked me if I want refund or money to be credited to my BO acct. I requested credit to BO account. Now BO is telling me that the email was sent in error and they are not yet taking responsibility for double charge. BO claims they are still looking into this matter.

Everyday since last saturday I've taken screenshots of the broken deposit window on chrome and firefox and have sent to BO. Today is the first day it works. Looks completely different, like they updated software.

Did I miss BO scheduling maintenance or software updates? I don't remember seeing this...

I just want to say that I play plo midstakes, 100-200, and now transitioning to 300plo, and i've been beating all their bots (I have just played a little on the HE side, but mostly on the PLO side for 5 months). You heard it here first - in case they quesiton me of what are my tactics - I can read patterns well and I use my intuition. I am not afraid of the bots because they are all stations. So I hope you guys got my back, and we have each others back that when one guy gets dealt with inappropriately by the site - we all do something about it.

I am mostly worried that I'VE BEEN winning so much and against all the bots (which I think are house bots) and I believe I can beat anybody. and I think they think "well, wtf how can this person beat our guys who nobody wants to play?"

Because everyone is afraid of the bots and I am very willing to play them.

I would love to play bots!
They definitely are in 10NL too.
But when I say bots are sooo easy to play against, I get called "stupid"
And I wont argue with some ****** who knows nothing about how a computer works and to adjust every now and then, it's going to need MAAAAASIVE processing power that every huge company is working on it the last 5 years and the best they could do is a HU bot that can nearly break even against OK players...
But, as the professor said a little bit ago, the bots in BOL come from another universe and have unlimited processing power and instant adjustment capabilities!

If you don't understand that 100plo is not midstakes or that it doesn't require a supercomputer to parse a decent poker strategy then you are not really qualified to comment on this topic.
