Does Bovada allow Washington state people again?

Great advice. Maybe it should also be standard practice(or is) to edit out the bank name or replace it with something when quoting a post.

One could also not post anything at all and read a thread or use the search feature to find the answer to their question, probably many times over.

Had a similar thing that happened to me except I had a set that got folded to a min bet on the river in a huge pot :-/ Anyone had any luck getting reimbursed for things like this happening?

I got disconnected earlier. I had KQ on a Q46 with someone betting into me. I pretty sure I had that donkey.

Hmm odd, mine all came the same way in envelope but with the specific instructions. Been the same since 2008. Although the wording of the instructions has varied a bit over the years.

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: you DO NOT talk about Fight Club!

Seriously speaking, the best way when you have any problems is to contact Bovada support. They will always give you the best advice. Never had any problems with checks though.

Merry Christmas!

Bovada Rep: Can you please pass along this small suggestion to the developers. When I've got a few tables open and am waiting for a SNG to fill up and start, there is an annoyance. I may be involved in 3 different hands and then the SNG fills up and I get seated. That's great BUT a dialogue box pops up with an "OK" button in the center telling me my SNG has started. The problem is that until you click on that "OK" you cannot do anything else on any of the other tables--you can't place a bet, check, fold, raise, type, etc. What's worse is that often the SNG table will pop up but the dialogue box stays at the bottom with the taskbar. Then I have to hover over the blinking Bovada icon in the taskbar to find the window that has the "OK" box just so I can click 'OK.' Please have them change this. It can be easy to time out in a big pot on another table while trying to figure out why you can't make a single action.

This is a major nuisance when playing a bunch of tables (Mtt+sngs) and needs to be fixed ASAP, for all I care sit me out of that game til I click ok. Nothing worse than having to search out the box so I can take action at my other tables.

Unsure if this is possible with the software but back in full tilt, when I was playing at a table, the next table waiting for my action would flash and would actually wait until I complete my action at the current table to pop up. Is there a way to do this with Bovada? I kept timing out playing 6 tables (4 cash, 2 mtts) without realizing it.

Let me add another situation....playing two SNGs, registered for two more....the two registered fill up but the tables never f-ing open. After 10 minutes I say to myself, "that damn that Hyper should have filled up by now". Sure enough they are both playing. No way to sit unless I close the client, leaving the two games I am active in, and reopen it. Then go through the four lobbies saying take my seat. Most of the time, I'm pretty much blinded out by time I get seated.

Bovada notified but I just get the standard uninstall, clear cache, reinstall response.

About 4 months ago I made a single deposit on Bovada and played until I was near zero. I have not logged in since. Today I get an email from Bovada which reads:

"Your account has an outstanding balance that has remained unresolved and requires your immediate attention. As such, your details have been transferred to the Accounts Department so that we may better assist you in resolving this issue.

It is important that you call 1-866-887-8422 at your earliest convenience.

Please note any and all uncollected negative balances are subject to a 3rd party collection agency, which we are trying to help you avoid."

I tried to log in to see about this but when I log in I get a message saying I need to call. Of course, it is a holiday so customer service is not available. Has anyone else gotten such an email? How can someone have an outstanding balance? The 3rd party collection agency stuff is pretty annoying, especially since I get the email on Christmas and their customer service is closed. An odd way for a company to roll.
