Check the hand history of the session. If it shows that you didn't get felted in the last hand of your session, then the money should've been added back to your account right?

Great suggestion, I didn't think of that. I will definitely do that, thanks!

Maybe someone here knows how to fix this, all im getting are canned responses and its been bugged for 2 days now

(In this picture i just logged on)

It shows that im on those 2 zone poker tables, but can only join 1 table on each (instead of 2).

I can join 1x Browns/1x Bengals/2x Dolphins for example, but never 2x Browns/Bengals like i've been doing for months.

Same issue with zone as well. My first one got unstuck eventually after an email. My second one has received no response in 18 hours.

Bovada rolls out a major update with significant Zone bugs and couples that with a Zone promo...smh.

This is not accurate. Hand histories were still available through the client after each hand was played. Hand histories (in the client) that showed all hole cards became available in early March 2012, and downloadable histories came along about a month later.

Fair enough. Maybe they are more responsive now then a few years ago. I'm thinking back to when we actually had a Bodog rep on here daily and still nothing got fixed.

Regarding this specific situation, and I realize no one asked, but I personally don't think its a negative to have the casino in the client. If there is anything I learned from studying economics over the years its you really don't know the result of what an action is, and the law of unintended consequences always prevails. What I mean by that is there is no way for any of us to know definitively if having the casino in the client is + or - for poker, in fact they probably don't know the answer and they have all the private data we aren't privy to.

I guarantee you for every sports-betting-blackjack-playing-pokerregfish-donk who dusts off his last $100 playing some stupid video slot there is a guy who losses playing video poker who goes nuts and tilts off $100 at the real poker tables.

Since you have no way of really knowing if its good or bad why waste the mental energy worrying about it

Hi has anyone experienced zone poker not paying out? ~24 hours ago I had a quick 10 minute session where I ran $25 into ~$70 and sat out, but the money did not show up for over an hour in my account. It also kept saying I was sitting in a zone table even though I was not.

This afternoon when I checked, Bovada had wrote a very unusual zone cashout transaction of $25.63 5 hours after I exited the session.

"Jun 17, 2014 05:59:43 AM
Zone Poker Cashout Zone Poker Table Refund - $25.62 US$ 25.62"

It's weird because I never got "Zone Poker-Table Refund" before, it was always Zone Poke-Table Cashout. Furthermore, my winnings were gone. The hand history from my session was also nowhere to be found.

Should I be worried? I did send support an email.

EDIT: It seem like my other table is still stuck, wtf!

Is anyone getting a refund without emailing or calling support? Trying to figure out if Bovada is catching this as part of the normal process or only when they are notified. If the latter, everyone needs to be checking their accounting every time you leave a table.

+1. I've had issues with regulars tables not refunding. I've always e-mailed right away so I'm not sure if they would've credited me had I not caught it.

Got the roque processor charge of $1 and change the other day. One click of dispute on bank website and it was approved in minutes, so I assume the banks are now well aware of the roque processor.

Is it 1/10th? That's still a pesky 35 million a year.

I've had this happen on normal cash tables multiple times but every single time it's refunded automatically within 12 hours or so. But I don't play zone so I can't comment on that.

However, I have noticed that on multiple occasions Bodog has tried to charge me $50 for a check even though it was the first check that month. Every single time I e-mail them and every single time they automatically refund the $50. But I can only imagine how many grinders aren't noticing this extra $50 being taken out.
