I've gotten lucky draw tickets for the past 5 weeks straight but didn't get one this week despite putting in even more volume at higher stakes. Usually the tournament fills up to the 1000 max before it starts but tonight it only got 738 runners. Anyone else not get a ticket?

What are you expecting? There's a minimum resolution for a table -- looks to be about 630x500 or so. Meaning on a 1920x1080 monitor, you can get 6 tables on screen with no overlap. If you don't have a 1080 monitor, then you have a pretty small/cheap/old monitor.

Hi AMT,

Not only do they have an email address, they also have a website. Contained on the website is a series on numbers you can dial on your phone which reaches representatives of bovada.

Re: their model, it makes a lot of sense once you realize two things: 1) their infrastructure is not set up to handle large numbers of poker players, and 2) they consider themselves a gambling website that offers poker, much how a brick and mortar casino could probably make more money from the poker room by expanding it, but that would take away floor space from slot machines.

Anyone else having connection issues on bovada today? I usually don't have any problems but today at least two of my four tables say that I am disconnected at all times.

Yes. I thought it was just me. I've never had disconnect issues like this before it is extremely bad. Any chance Bovada will offer some sort of compensation?
