emphasis that these shortstacks push/fold bull**** ruin the fun of the game. bodog/bovada has always been about the entertainment factor.

Nothing you can do about this except move to another table or bully them when you have position.

Or you could learn to play with them?

It's not like they are anywhere near winning players. Instead of playing mostly push/fold like they should, they try to play postflop lol.

Great job!! Nice!! Do they do bank transfer here?? or check only?? for cashouts??

I've been crushing insanely the $28+2 triple ups with a win rate of 8/10 games.
Started with $40 deposit now up to almost 600++ (think I'll cash out at @$1000.00???)

Advice?

Without getting too philosophical, come up with a reason why you want to cash out, and go with that. A deeper question is why you play poker and what your goals are. You aren't playing for a living so you don't have certainly monthly goals that you need to obtain, so figure out what goal you have for cashing out. Do you have something you want to buy? Do you have a certain game you want to play that requires a larger bankroll than you have? Figure out your reasons behind cashing out and the question should answer itself. Nice job on the run so far.

tx..I believe they do money transfer, wire transfer, and check. It all depends on how you deposit your funds. I used a Visa so I have to go with the check option. (You get one free check a month) and after that they charge you 50.00 bucks.

Rapid transfer is Moneygram I believe and has steep fees.

Money transfer is Western Union and that charge is 60.00.

That's awesome that your crushing those SNG's. I have also noticed that Bovada has real soft fields. With the cashing out options it seems as tho bovada is one of the best in getting your money to you. Scan back a few pages and you will see that on average people are getting checks in hand within 2 weeks. GL in the future and I would def check into their payout options on your cashier page.

I know there is no rep reading this, but can we fix the damn time structures on hypers? People having 30 seconds to act and then having an additional 60 seconds in a timebank is absurd. Should be 15 seconds and a 5 second timebank. Also, 15 minute late registration in the hyper qualifiers for some of the MTTs is also absurd.

for people that have to get WU cashouts, do you change up the place you get them from every time? do u get really nervous when going to whatever place you're going to?

I haven't deposited on bodog/bovada since 2007 but I've always kept a bit of money on there since and never went broke. I've ran my acct up a few times and have cashed out twice since black friday. I went to two diff. check cashing places that take WU transfers, and it felt shady both times as I could barely pronounce the name I was getting the transfer from but I did get the money. I'm running out of places to go to. Could I go back to the first place? Curious to hear what some of you are doing (I'm from NY and WU is my only option).

Per Bovada instructions, you don't have to go to a different place every time, just make sure you don't hit the same store twice in a row. I just bounce back and forth between two stores. I've had dozens of WU withdrawals, and have never been asked a single question about the transaction or the sender. However, I still always have a story prepared just in case.

I played in a sit and go last night, and one of the other players started referring to what used to be my avatar on bodog.

I understand that this is not anonymous for everyone.

Do people here have any idea what % of people can see screen names?

given how obsequious the bovada software can be, are you really sure it's a great idea to be limiting the time people have? patience is one of the most important skills to have at the poker table. Chill out a bit!

I'm going with 0. But even if they could, that wouldn't help them with linking you with your old avatar - even when ******** showed they could track players in the initial anonymous table release, they couldn't link players to their previous screen names.

Still, this is the 3rd case now of someone posting that their opponent talked about their screen name. The first seemed credible, second seemed like coincidence, and now this. Obviously there's no solid proof, no screen shots, nothing, so it could be just random trolls, but there have been 3 cases of this so far.

Based on how fast kyleb was able to exploit the initial vulnerability, and based on how fast Bodog claims to have fixed it, this sort of thing doesn't surprise me at all.

It's a hyper turbo. It's supposed to be fast. I think he was right about limiting the time to 15 seconds, although I disagree about the timebank. Timebank should be 0 seconds imo.
