Is therre anyway to fix the bug where when you click accept rematch in a headsup sit and go to get the lobby to popup? I have to literally shut down the software and reopen it every single time to get the game to open up. Any tips advice would be greatly appreciated!

Regarding Ignition Freeroll not seating you after you registered and the game started - stuck on View Table. Tonight it was worse. I ended up in Noman's Land. Once the poker client would not let me in, Stuck at "View Table" (Macbook Air), I logged out and went to my iPad which usually works. It took me to a table - however - it was Table #0 and no one was there and neither was I. So, somehow, we are getting lost in some void somewhere and I wrote it up and sent it to support. I also went back and tried the browser on my mac and same thing - Table #0 !!! Really?

With a high variance playstyle, 30 bi downswings are to be expected, even with a >6bb/100 winrate.

I also think something is off about IG. I don't have my old DBs to give an exact BB/100, but I've been winning consistently for a long time.

I guess it's possible we're all dusty withered US regs losing to all the VPN'ing wizards of the world.... but something feels weird/unnatural about it(more than just collusion/RTA).

I never posted about it for the obv reasons, but seeing other long time posters/winners share their thoughts, I feel obligated. Flame away.

I don't use Jurojin(but prev used Table Tamer), just PT and IG card catcher.

This is just made up numbers. More excuses as to why "you're just extremely unluck...you're not being cheated by Bovada."
Downswing sizes will depend so much on your vpip and pfr stats, your bluff stats, all your play stats, those are just images showing "oh here is some made up math behind downswings lol".

I think it is this (bold)

I am having my worst downswing since 2019 (the earliest the database I am using goes back) but I am almost certain is because of how difficult the mid stakes games have gotten. Bodog has been my main site since 2011 and I am pretty confident the site is on the up and up. I think the most likely explanation is the new bunch of player are just way better than what the average reg was in the past. Specifically, something happened around September-November of 2022 and the games just felt different. It feels like every competent person at 500NL is a full time pro now instead of the mix of pros, profitable weekend warriors like me, and the recs giving it away. The middle is being squeezed out I think.

It is also possible there is more collusion. I don't worry too much about RTA at 500NL but I guess that is also possible. I review all my sessions and I think I am just getting outplayed, plain and simple. I will probably just stop playing until football season is back - luckily poker isn't my main source of income so I can just stop and enjoy the nice weather for the next few months.

What makes players better now? Are they tighter, or looser? Seems like if its just that "players are better now" then you could adjust your strategy to counter their new strategy. Any strategy in poker can be countered if the game is fair. If you're playing against opponents that are too tight, keep stealing from them, if you're playing against opponents that are too loose, tighten up your range against them and wait for them to vpip to trap them....

I thought I was somewhere around there but I checked and my std deviation is much lower than that. Not sure how common high std deviations are in games that rarely play over 100bb but I'm clueless

You clearly have ZERROO knowledge of what true statistical analysis and predictive modeling is.

I’d suggest keeping your mouth shut on topics you’re ignorant of but I think the damage is done.

For those who have received refunds recently, do you normally play cash or tournaments? If cash what games do you play and stakes?

I only play 200nl and just got a collusion refund. Only 1 bi but it feels good that at least not everyone is getting away with it.

close to 1mm hands on the site 100-500nl and this is the first refund I've ever received. I know others have received them in the past so maybe I've just run good in regards to having cheaters in my games

Good to see. Maybe they are cracking down on it a bit more. I've definitely been colluded against in the past at 500z short handed and at 500nl short handed.

I have been playing here since 2017, 100-500NL as well (including those cool 300NL games which went away) and I have never once received a refund. It does seem odd to me that they have never once caught anyone cheating in any games I have played, and I am sure its been 2 millions hands+. I did not get one today either...

The old "lets give them a small refund so they'll come back and play more" works every time lol

I've played > 1m hands and never received a refund either fwiw. My volume this year is very low, could just be they are doing more investigations/refunds lately, idk.

I meant to say 2007 not 2017. So that is 16 years without a refund.

Yeah my guess is most of this was happening at 500NL+. Player pool is smaller and more upside for taking the same risk (getting all the money taken). At 200NL regular tables, it would be more difficult for a group of 4 people to all get into the same game to collude. I don't play 1K (its not even an option for me somehow), but my guess is there aren't that many tables running at a time.

holy ****

Scary stuff these days...

I'm happy they are issuing refunds at the very least and hopefully banning some of these colluders/rta or whatever it is that may be going on.

Did you get an email or message in your bonition account regarding the refund?
