Often, after I have registered for the weekly 2500 freeroll, I will not be placed at a table and the lobby will show "view table" instead of "take seat". I have not figured out how to end up playing in these freerolls. Has anyone had this problem?

Yea, a workaround is to play it from the website on a browser instead of the downloaded client. This is not ideal if you are playing multiple tourneys though. I don't like the browser version at all but it works for that particular tourney

Thanks. I checked out the marketplace but I didn't see a thread or any info about how that works. I kinda have a lot I wanna sell...how does that work-I mean who sends first? Seems like it could be easy for whoever sends first to get scammed by someone. Appreciate any info or links to how that process works.

Likely a free bet or casino free play. Be careful tho, if you use it you’ll likely have some absurd amount of roll over needed to ever withdraw or transfer out funds

Then you can tap the Bitcoin button on main screen and then screen changes to btc wallet. There is an up and down arrow to either side of the QRC in the center of the screen. Up for send and down for receive....tap the down arrow and new window gives address. Copy that address and paste into the bovada cashier for withdrawal.

When you receive the btc in Exodus wallet, you want to transfer it to an exchange to sell for USD. Coinbase is an example of an exchange. Open account, verify your ID. Then you grab the btc wallet address from Coinbase to receive btc. Open Exodus, tap btc button, up arrow, enter amount to send, paste wallet address, confirm, send. Done

Feel free to PM me if you need step by step help.
Hey man...tried to send you a PM but it wouldn't go through-got the message below:

When a bounty is won, it sounds like someone scratching a chalkboard and is EXTREMELY detrimental to the ears on 30%-100% volume. PLEASE CHANGE THIS, and yes I have asked your support MULTIPLE times about this not being healthy for us.

Thank you and have a great day!

Does anyone know what to do if ignition software crashes every time you use it, the web browser doesn’t let you login, either by making you reset your password every time, or by getting stuck loading after you log-in and then crashes completely? Not really sure what to do here.

Game quality has been horrendous since Ontario split. Would not be surprised if there were more guys using vpn or remote desktops, the games have fallen off a cliff.

Are you guys referring to cash or tournaments? NLH or PLO?

It’s been worse, but not THAT much worse.

Question:

All of a sudden this morning, the "casino" option disappeared from my software entirely - so I deleted the software entirely, went back to the website to reinstall, and can't find a download link - even on the download page. What am I missing?

Casino still available on the website, but now I want the software reinstalled so I can play poker.

I am an American living in Mexico and playing poker on bodog.com. I have lived here for over 5 years. I have deposited and cashed out many times without any issue.

Recently I went to make a larger than normal withdrawal (around 10k) and I got an email from the security department telling me I need to verify my identity. I sent in my passport and a selfie of me holding my passport which is what they ask for originally. After this email, they asked for proof of address. So I then sent in copies of my utility bill and a selfie of me holding my utility bill (which also has my landline mexico phone number on it that they can call me at anytime). They then emailed me back saying that I need to provide a Mexico Id and selfie of me holding the Mexico ID. I dont have a Mexico ID as they clearly can see I am an American living here.

Has anyone dealt with problems getting verified on bodog.com? I have been playing on bodog/ignition for over 15 years without any issue what so ever. Now they are making me jump through hoops just to get my account verified. It just seems odd they never cared before when I was cashing out 2-3k. Does bodog have a rep here? Or does anyone know of a phone number I can call to reach them?

If this issue persists I will make a thread for it to bring more light to the situation. Surely, I am not the only American playing poker on bodog.com from Mexico.

I need to vent.

So I play $5-$40 tournaments on ignition 7-8 hours a day about 5 days a week.

I also play the nightly $55 if I satellite into it otherwise I don't play it.

About a week ago I was lucky enough to win two $55 Super Saturday tickets from satellites, I assumed that these would be valid for the for the nightly tournament as they had been for the past couple of weeks before hand.

I registered for the nightly $55 and as I registered I noticed I used real money instead of a ticket. This was about half an hour after winning the ticket.

I then looked at the tournament tickets that I had won, saw there were no tournaments available to use them for and that they expired the same day.

I immediately contacted support and tried to explain the issue. Support said they weren't allowed to exchange tournament tickets but would escalate the issue for me and I would receive a response within two days. I received a generic response stating that tournament tickets aren't exchangeable and quote, "We do recommend in the future to periodically monitor your account for when tournaments become available".

I tried again to contact support via email and left a detailed response similar to this one trying to explain that I could not use the tickets because there were no tournaments to use them for. I received a reply that they would not exchange the tickets and would not "make an exception" for me.

I believe that the mistake ignition made was changing the tournament type of the nightly $55 back to it's normal name after running a promotional name for it and not changing the satellites which were available on the day I won them. The next day the satellites were back to the normal $55 ones.

I'm just a bit frustrated that they wouldn't fix the issue for me and effectively kept the money from the now expired tickets.

I just needed to write this out somewhere so I don't keep thinking about it.

purple,

I’ve had a similar issue before (won a ticket for a tournament that didn’t seem to exist anymore), and they eventually gave me a ticket of equal value. I recommend you keep complaining and escalating.

Try posting the issue on their ignition forums. People here have reported that avenue working in the past.

Been dabbling into the 500 and 1k NL 6max games and yes, they seem amazingly dry. I think the 200NL and 500NL full ring games are much softer and worth a look

Thanks for the reply, I guess I will try their support again.

For some reason I can't log in to Ignition's forum. It's blocked in Australia. I tried using Tor browser which let me access the forum but it still wouldn't let me log in so I could make a post.

I just noticed the Casino tab is gone in the client as well!

To download the client, try googling: DOWNLOAD IGNiTION POKER

The first hit for me goes to a page on their website with a download button.
