Can they please either allow huds/names or at least have another US site do the zoom poker stuff. Playing rush poker without names or huds is legitimately ******ed.

"We are contacting you in regard to your deposit with Reference Number xxxxxxx made July 26, 2013 for the amount of $200 via Money Transfer. Upon review this deposit was posted to your account; however, due to a technical issue we never received the funds. As such, we have made the necessary adjustments and removed the funds from your Bovada account, bringing your account balance to (-$199.72). We kindly, ask that you retrieve your funds from the Money Transfer location, and contact us to repurchase this amount and clear up your negative balance"

This happened to a friend, has anyone experienced this before? He just got this email today.

Yes, it is ******ed, I agree. Unfortunately no other US site will have the player base to support rush at multiple stakes, and Bovada will probably barely even have enough.

I didn't realize this promotion was going on till well after I hit the hand. Earlier I hit a royal flush with AQ of spades I flopped it anyways here a link. Is there anyway I can retrieve this hand?

It depends on how long ago we are talking about.

If it was very recent, go to account/hand histories/request download.

If it was awhile ago you are out of luck.

Why would anyone be inspired by your gigantic 26 hand sample to waste their time determining if a -EV game is too -EV?

Assuming you can win 47% of hands (I'm going to assume you were playing slightly below ideal strategy), there's a 1 out of about 1300 chance that you'll lose at least 22 hands out of any 26-game stretch. You didn't state if 26 was the total amount of hands you played, or you were just talking about a single stretch of games. If you play 650 hands an hour, then you're going to see, on average, a stretch that bad every 2 hours.

Because that's just how math teachers roll.

6-max. 10NL. Played for 32 minutes, got 100 hands in. Small sample, so take it for what it's worth. A lot of that was while playing a MTT at the same time, so that number probably could've been bumped up just a bit if I was playing solely that.

Yeah, twice, both were due to misspellings in the person's the transfer was addressed to's name. Have him call Bovada and confirm then he will have to call CS at MT and change the spelling over the phone.

Cannot log on to Bovada. Please help.

I downloaded the Bovada poker software two days ago and created an account but I cannot sign in to the software or on to the webpage. I have tried to log on many times over the last two days. I keep getting this message:

or for the webpage:

I'm on a brand-new Windows 8 Toshiba laptop but I don't think it's the computer because I can log on to pokerstars or any other site.

I have tried:
re-installing the software
re-setting the password
using my account # instead of my email address
manually entering the information
using KeePass' auto-type

Nothing works. I was going to put some money on the site but first I have to be able to log on.

I'm sure I've got the email and password right because I keep everything in KeePass and I double-checked everything anyway.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

I assume that Bovada Hand Converter can convert Zone hands into HEM the same way as regular ring games?

and blackjack is played against the house...of course long term nobody would win or would no longer allowed to play...that is the way Casinos deal with it...a blackjack pro would be allowed to play poker in the casino but not blackjack.

I tried it out for 5 minutes yesterday and was able to play on 2 of the .10 tables at once, full ring. Then I got bored and went to play my usual games. Try opening a second table at the same stake and see if it works for you.

Yay I finally got on to Bovada. Apparently the KeePass generated password I was using was too long. The passwords need to be 8-15 characters according to support. Whew.

It lets you play a 10NL 6 max with a 10NL FR. So I guess it's not that bad, at least you can get two tables of the same stake, but not game. 500 hands an hour is better than 300, or whatever it was, for 4 tables of regular 6max.

it lets you play 4 tables as long as they are different stakes, #players, or game.

Would be fun once bigger games open.

has anyone tried the bovada hand converter for this yet?
