Same issue here on my work laptop where I'm getting a red error when logging in and can't connect. I noticed sometimes this is popping up "Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service. Please check your internet connection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge."

I tried reinstalling, restarting, deleting all files, etc. and nothing working. if it's worth anything my firefox did update earlier too. although prob. has nothing to do with it.

My laptop at home ran the update fine and worked instantly though. wtfff

I still can’t open Ignition on my PC since the update . I tried it on my iPad and it worked fine .

I tried to uninstall and reinstall ignition . Now it says error : error running lobby system 5
Anyone know what to do ?

I restarted my computer, still couldn't log in. Cleared my cache and cookies. Still cant log in. On the poker client or their website. Also tried on my phone, and it didn't work...

E-mailed them ~4 hours ago. Still no reply. I am curious as to why they got rid of phone support?

Ignition forced me to update before opening client today....after the update the software insta-crashes every time I try to open it.



Update: the issue seems to have to do with the Ignition Cardcatcher...with cardcatcher closed the Ignition software operates fine. If I open Cardcatcher, the Ignition software crashes immediately.

I still can't find a way to import hands. When I go to import thru pt4 it says "import cancelled"

This could be related to my original issue which is that neither the HUD nor the import function directly from Bovada work.

Also, at two separate times today the action buttons on my table (including the buttons to close/minimize the table) stopped working. My other tables worked fine but I had to restart the program in order to get a 4th table working again.

I'll send this info to Bovada but is anyone able to import hands right now?

Is anyone able to import hands or use their huds since the update?

Bovada required me to update the software, and my "keep me signed in" box was unchecked and since I usually don't have to sign in, I had of course forgotten my password. So now I'm locked out of my account for failed login attempt. Emailed them but no response. Fun times

didn't you save it in the browser?

for the person having problems with pt4 and import, do you have the ignition catcher from pt4 and not Ignition card catcher?

A complete uninstall with revo uninstaller app and a fresh install of the client, got me up and running again fwiw.

Drivehud crashing Ignition, I sent Drivehud a support message. If you haven't already send one, I'm sure they know but the more people complaining the better.

How do you work that out? They have already acknowledged the problem and said they are working on a fix. Just be patient

Update on Huds from the Hud master Freakdaddy:

"Update: It's a major security update, so not an easy update. All resources that know how to do this are on it. The last update they had like this was about a year ago, and at that time we had a dev that had been with us for many years that had the pattern saved on these security updates so he could do them in ~2 hours. He is no loner with us. The new dev that handles this department hasn't done one of these, so the first one is always the most difficult, then it's easier after that.

I'm hoping tomorrow, but it may even be longer. I can't say X amount of time for sure simply because it takes time to break those codes. All I can say is it's highest priority right now and everyone is on it."
