Is there some magical way to talk to a supervisor when there is a problem. I am always calm and polite and patient. However everytime there is a major problem and i request to speak to a supervisor I get lied to. I am told there is either NO supervisor on the floor and to call back...or that there is one but there on a long call and to call back..this isnt like once or twice its EVERY time...

anyone got any tricks? or is there just no way around being lied to??

It's still looking like I got paid whatever I was blinded out to. We were a few eliminations from the pay jump to what my account was credited. I'm assuming they are still working on going through everyone.

That's the thing I have worked in a call center that's why i know there ****ing with me. I know they have good customer service for the most part. but they cant think everyone is dumb enough to believe they do not have supervisors present.

We were not in the money in either MTT I was playing, but from what I have read since then is my buy-ins should be refunded within 24hrs...... or so I assume.

it really concerns me that bovada added so many SNGs and the only games that consistently fill up are the 300 chip super turbos and the double up turbos….

This way they can earn the rake faster, and it reduces the skill element. This keeps the money spread out over more players. It's the double edged sword of playing bovada. It favors the amateur, but it generates more action.
