cliffs: likely not a crypto miner, but very very inefficient and poorly coded software. cpu/ram useage will always end up way too high over time even with reinstalls unless they change something (lol)

Hi 2+2, I want to make everyone aware of what is going on inside the company and perhaps get attention from someone higher up in the chain.
On March 3 I received a cashout for 9500 CAD which was requested earlier. Right after that there was an unauthorized withdrawal for $1000 CAD which I did not request.
I am including a screenshot which explains everything.

Spoiler:

Time between processed cashouts is only 39 minutes, bodog does not process withdrawals that fast, it usually takes multiple days.
$1000 cashout has no reference number attached to it, as seen in the screenshot.
There was never an email confirmation for this withdrawal.
It was done right after a big cashout, likely to make it less detectable.

All these facts point in the direction that someone from within the company was responsible.
My account never had any unauthorized access, but even if there was I’d be able to see it as there would be a confirmation email sent.
This happened one month ago and posting this here was my last resort as I believed this was easily solvable via support. There were emails and phone calls but they just returned with the same answer every time stating that it was myself requesting the cashout and nothing in the account seemed out of the ordinary.
Please be aware that this may happen to you and monitor your transaction history.

Bodoger keep at it, I don't have any real advice. They've always been good to me, except that 5 year period where everyone had to wait 2 months for a paper check, only to have it bounce. But even then support handled the situation well.

Wasn't playing but had Bovada open and got that message as a popup. Can't navigate to the table option atm. Safe to say there's maintenance going on if that's what your message said

Good stuff. 7 spots from the bubble in my daysaver with a huge stack. Do they post these seemingly random maintenance times anywhere at all?

Other than ACR you have any other suggestions? Not sure what you expect people to do. Zone pools are at their normal levels, not sure about MTTs.

I switched to live.
I went from playing 500-700 hands per hour to 300 overnight. I think i can make more live but we'll see.

Below is the garbage Ignition response from my constructive criticism of the new software. I just can't play on this site anymore. Not impressed with ACR's multi re-enter tournaments but it's better than this.

Thank you for the feedback on our new poker tables.

Whether good or bad, we always appreciate our players sounding off on their experience, the details of which we take into consideration when making improvements to your gaming experience.

We encourage our players to provide feedback, in order for us to improve our Products and make playing more enjoyable for our players.

Once again, thanks for taking the time to send us your comments and, as always, thank you for continuing to play with us.

Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards,

To get any bonus from Ignition for poker you have to complete the casino playthrough correct? So basically no bonuses?

Finally someone else who understands. Unfortunately, only me and you are smart enough to boycott playing there. Im sure the high rake regs are still playing and these are the people whose money they would miss the most. If everyone who reads these forums did an "official" boycott and didnt play for a full month, I think it would hurt them enough that they would realize they broke poker. If you complain about it to them, and play anyways, your opinion will get no respect the same way a beta male doesn't when he tries to check the girl and then buckles and folds to what she wants anyways. I literally have not played one game or hand since after I played a round when the update first came out.

If you want an update that actually fixes stuff, and not BS updates like hand animations and synced breaks, the ONLY way at this point is a boycott. They already have enough emails to understand what needs fixing. Only a boycott holds weight at this point. The problem is its just like communism it will work in theory but there will be regs who go ahead and play anyways missing the long game for the short game.

I digress

Are you seriously suggesting a 4-5 buyin roll for 2000$ NL? You are a long term losing player for SURE.

I'm saying if you start the session winning then that's all you need, if you lose a couple of buyins then it takes 2mins to deposit another 5k. I'm not talking about bankroll at all lol, only how much you risk keeping on the site, 30k seems excessive when you can cashout and deposit with btc in minutes.
