Disregarding all the negative features with this new software (font, pot totals, card size, colors, etc), I was at least able to play 4 tables in the first couple of sessions. Today has been unplayable. Ignition maxes out my CPU, which idles at 2% usage without ignition. So stupid.

Bodog asia support also told me even though my bonus wasn't showing up in the client that it was still there and would be credited in the end, of course it wasn't and they didn't give me the $1000. This also happened to somebody else itt.
Is your VIP level also stucked on "additional requirements needed"?

It used to be that cash bonus was impossible to clear (at least at spins) because you were getting about twice as many Reward Points as you could rollover to bonus completion. They changed it just last month and yeah now it clears very fast.

the add on bug still exists, a few times today it didn't top up and just blanked out. at least there is no spinning icon in the middle of the tables so i guess some improvement. LOL

same people complaining about the same thing happening to them multiple times thinking that is going to solve their problems. Complain and describe it in a post once or how about just not playing on the site for awhile? And don't give me the "Americans have so few choices to play" argument...it is becoming less valid nowadays.

Click the hand history icon in the upper left (the two cards, not the hand history replayer).

In an unrelated bug, I was playing yesterday and while it was my turn to act, the timer actually appeared under another player in the hand while timing down. Not a huge deal but just funny to see how many glitches they actually rolled out with the new "update".

Honestly haven't experienced the high CPU usage on my end. I definitely have in the past though so maybe I'm just getting lucky so far. I used to have to end like 19 other Bovadas that were running in the background or something (not tech savy I'm not sure what that was). The only bug I've had was yesterday I couldn't click on one of my tables. I timed out eventually, they booted me, but the table still wouldn't close.

It seems no one has posted this so I'll post it. You can now hide the sidebar on the tables, making everything a lot larger and easier to see.

*note - I've only played MTTs so I have no idea if it's the same for cash.

Is there any way to find out if ignition is using your computer to mine crypto? I've ran a few software miners and the level of CPU+GPU usage is similar...

The fold checkmark being in the same place as the call button has cost me a ton of money. It's effectively doubled my rake.

Hello
I tried to install Bodog but it gets stuck in this stage when the client is starting. Cannot sign in. Can sign in on the website. This is Windows 10. Support people don't know what's wrong. Re-install no good, even when removing all folders. Disabling anti-virus and firewall didn't help.
Advice?

You've been able to do this since launch.

You played with that thing rather click some buttons to see if it would collapse?

TLDR; $1000 cad withdrawn and processed within 50 minutes by somebody with inside access, no reference #, no confirmation email. Support denies everything.

Hi 2+2, I want to make everyone aware of what is going on inside the company and perhaps get attention from someone higher up in the chain.
On March 3 I received a cashout for 9500 CAD which was requested earlier. Right after that there was an unauthorized withdrawal for $1000 CAD which I did not request.
I am including a screenshot which explains everything.

Spoiler:

Time between processed cashouts is only 39 minutes, bodog does not process withdrawals that fast, it usually takes multiple days.
$1000 cashout has no reference number attached to it, as seen in the screenshot.
There was never an email confirmation for this withdrawal.
It was done right after a big cashout, likely to make it less detectable.

All these facts point in the direction that someone from within the company was responsible.
My account never had any unauthorized access, but even if there was I’d be able to see it as there would be a confirmation email sent.
This happened one month ago and posting this here was my last resort as I believed this was easily solvable via support. There were emails and phone calls but they just returned with the same answer every time stating that it was myself requesting the cashout and nothing in the account seemed out of the ordinary.
Please be aware that this may happen to you and monitor your transaction history.

do we have an objective measure of changes in site traffic since the update?
I play zone and it seems like traffic is similar if not slightly better (500z seems to consistently have 20+ players at night times since the update).

This one's really bad. Have to be super careful while multitabling MTT's.

Besides that I don't mind this update. Bet sizing is definitely too small but not a big deal for me... at least you can actually type bets in now. Can run 6 tables on my moderately sized laptop screen no problem, 9-12 with a little overlap. Red background looks pretty similar to the old style and fine to me aesthetically. Card sizes no problem.... Won a tourney first day of sync breaks so all good on my end

Understandable gripes from the cash game players taking a big hit to hands/hr...hopefully they will continue to improve things but of course not holding my breath.

Are you saying you received the 9500 CAD but not the 1000? This does seem a little odd with the lack of reference # and all.

I think he’s saying he didn’t even request the extra $1k withdrawal. Which if true is definitely concerning. However, given his posting history and Bodog’s impeccable cash out history I’d be willing to bet there is more to this story as there almost always is in these cases.

I think that's their exact intention along with pretotaling the pot.. to dissuade people from multitabling aka pros... when im 1 tabling the software is more than fine.

They should really add a feature which will prevent transferring funds into some random bitcoin address. You should be able to predefine the address and if you want to change it you get all the notifications in the world + should wait for a day or so to withdraw. Like bank account there is no reason to use different bitcoin address.

Does the client just randomly quit on anyone else? Running Windows 10 on a powerful computer.

How a site that's been running this long manages to have such terrible software never ceases to amaze me.

I'm not one to wear a tinfoil hat as the previous poster said, but is this what mining looks like? I'm getting close to 100% cpu usage with nothing else open.
