The hyper sngs are more dangerous to play right now with all the DC'ing going on and they are still up. I'm not sure what angle they are coming at with the dons/tups besides some we already mentioned like refunds from collusion being too much or difficult to deal with.

It would be nice if they just came out and said what is up with these games and the progression of fixing all the disconnects as it's only in their best interest to keep the players informed.

It took me two attempts to log in into Iggy. I get following message starting two Zone tables

"The connection between your computer and our server has been interrupted. Please try again"

I'm glad the maintenance on server or software worked so well.

Iggy CS did indicate the DoNo and Triple Up blind structure and rake will stay same are they referring to software bug for Trips and DoNos:

"Thanks for contacting Poker at Ignition Casino Customer Service.

The Sit N Go Tournaments were removed from the lobby as we were experiencing issues with the Poker Software. As such, the rake and blinds offered would remain the same; however, the structure of these tournaments will be reviewed to ensure that they remain fully operational.

Continue to monitor the Poker lobby periodically for updates.

We’re available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.

Thanks,"

I guess I will not play at the most profitable game (Triple Up Sng) anymore. #NeverLucky

2.5 hour session for me. A couple of small lags, but no DC's. Didn't effect my session, and I was playing S&G's and cash at the same time.

Whatever u do don't attempt uninstall/reinstall. I made the mistake of trying a fresh install after the 'maintenance' and it's still not working for me

yeah it's new grim city on zone with this lag. Lost at least a dozen hands on the turn to minbets because I lagged out. Guess I'll lay low and wait for updates here. Are they being DDoS'd or something?

That's interesting since two tables is the zone max.

If that happens it's +EV to not really care if poker is laggy. They can steer gamblers to games that are more profitable for ignition.

Poker isn't a means to end for them. It's a lure to the casino. Their refusal to provide a good product shows this. I bet the casino isn't lagging. Or if I did how long u think it would take them to fix it. My guess days, and most likely hours
Oh ok so their poker lag is going to ignite their casino revenue... sounds like a real shrewd business plan. You can't be serious.

Reports of lag and disconnect is not new . It just has gotten completly out of hand as of late. Ignition obviously knows there is a problem. That leaves two scenarios:

A: They can't afford to fix the issues

B: They don't care to fix the issues

I believe it is more likely B. Their actions over the past months have shown they don't care to seriously address the issue. Obviously they deem it more +EV to leave site " as is ". So we must then ask ourselves why would that be?

And take into consideration one of the lag fixes promoted in this thread was to "leave the casino lobby open". IJS how many extra ppl (especially the fun players we all love )visited the casino bc poker was laggy but they still wanted to "gamble a bit". Even if it's 10 it's hugely+EV. Plus you save money on maintenance fees.

So what you're saying is that it's not outside the realm of possibility that you run into monsters for 5k hands? How many monster hands can you possibly have even played big pots with in 5k hands? I'm sure the evidence is truly staggering. To get to the bottom of this, you should get in touch with their imaginary regulator that oversees the rng and Ignition as a whole.
