Do you have a good computer with a good connection? I have had the same experience as you but it's only when playing with a lower end setup. My good setup works fine.

IGNITION it's not starting out so well 3 emails to customer support and not one reply two phone calls and finally get the same story you're in a Cue to start processing your payout now been 72 hours and is still in my account no email confirmation or any reply other than a message on the site that is being processed but if it's still in the account how is it being processed?
I have had no issues with the software unlike Bovada login at midnight and freezing up made three final tables and the minute I asked for a payout the off button seems to be on again.

Even though you transfer your account to ignition you can still play them Bovada with your points. You cannot transfer money back to Bovada so if you want to bet Sports make sure you leave money on the Bovada account. I'm waiting for an $1,100 payout and I will not play one more hand on ignition until they process my payout I will continue to play Bovada until September 30th because I like to bet football 2 and if I'm going to have to wait a week just to begin the process who knows how long is going to take them to send a check right now I'm getting the same feelings I had at lock poker which is not good

Why does ignition take 3 days to process the initial payout request and not remove the funds from your account so far I've requested Monday it's Thursday and nothing has happened how do I get to the second layer of customer support do I have to ask for a supervisor?

Is there any minimum amount needed to transfer from Bovada to Ignition to get the $10?

Say I have $100 on Bovada..could I transfer just $1 and still get the $10 free?

Would my Ignition balance be $11, right after I transferred?

and is there any type of rollover needed before I could use/cash out the $10 transfer bonus?

Thanks..

As I said in some other threads once I got to second level support we were able to have a good conversation about the situation. It turns out it really was a grey area and the casino decided to come to an agreement instead of seizing the 38k.

Please feel free to PM if you have more questions.

Maybe the Ignition version is not a rolled back version of the software, maybe it just hasn't been updated to the most recent version yet.

That's pretty standard. Takes a while for it to be approved

This doesn't even make sense. They either owe you 38k or they don't. How can you "come to an agreement"?

You're correct everything in this world is black and white. I did some things in a grey area within their TOS. They didn't effectively outline some certain rules in their TOS. Both parties were at fault. They could've seized all funds and told me to F off but they decided to work with me.

We spoke, we agreed on a fair resolution, story over. Too complex for you?

To add on to what he just said...he said he won a lot of the money in NJ when he shouldn't have been playing NJ at all so it's reasonable for them to not give back 100% of the money. The states you can't play in aren't outlined in the TOS.

There's fishing sites that could be easy to lose your money to if not careful. Right now, there's Blockchained, earlier there was Bloclkchain and blockchaln. When googling blockchain just avoid the paid ad sites.

Thinking of transferring. But does Ignition allow for deposits via Moneygram?
I assume you can do withdrawal via them sending me a check?

Not bad. I worry they are gonna make the deposit limits and wd limits very small which would just kill the games.
