I have always had little disconnects for the past year or two.
Bovada was disconnecting every night before the update for like 2 weeks.
Bovada has always been crappy, but these major disconnects have not been happening since the start of bitcoin.

I wasn't refunded for the 2 turkeys I was in worth $297 total I called in this morning and complained and got refunded instantly.

Ive been playing all morning with no problems. Final table in PLO now and Im worried to hear connection problems. 6 left Im #2. Would hate to see a chop. I was planning today hope its not another night of crash or cash.

emailed them like 3 times; looks like you have to call in now for mtt refunds

So just checked after getting off the phone; they did reimburse me 372.50 for the $434 worth of mtts I was supposed to be getting refunded... Try email, then probably have to call again I guess

Just remembered I used a $55 ticket which was refunded so they're only off by 6.50 which might just be some weird **** with the bonus funds; good enough, I guess...

I got refunds today on all the tourneys i was blinded out of during last nights DC.I called with my player number and tourney number. The ones i hopped in and played i didnt bother them about even though i lost equity i should of sat out if i wanted full refund.

Also last night when the software went down i had a pretty nice stack in the 7pm 33 5k of 50k which was top 3. When the software came up they gave me back 210 for the equity of the chips. I would of made more with my edge most likely but at least it gave me some extra.

Hope its good all day today so we can be confident for Sunday with the big tourneys.

I was disconnected on Wednesday while playing multiple tournaments. Emailed them the next day with tourney ID numbers, no response as of today. So I called. He said someone had emailed me back, but I told him I never received anything. I gave him the tourney ID numbers over the phone, and he adjusted my account after confirming my issues. Bovada also gave me an extra $65 just for inconvenience, which I did not expect, but is a generous gesture.

Just please avoid updating software during a big series next time.
