I was disconnected on Wednesday while playing multiple tournaments. Emailed them the next day with tourney ID numbers, no response as of today. So I called. He said someone had emailed me back, but I told him I never received anything. I gave him the tourney ID numbers over the phone, and he adjusted my account after confirming my issues. Bovada also gave me an extra $65 just for inconvenience, which I did not expect, but is a generous gesture.
Just please avoid updating software during a big series next time.
