If the HH replayer doesn't work, restart client and it COULD work again. 50/50 IMO. The tourney lobby, you just leave it open for a few minutes and it'll update. The same goes for prize distributions.

Is there any chance that the new Mac OS client is more reliable than the PC? I doubt it but figured I'd ask anyway. I still have 10.7 since I have some DAW's on there for music which I didn't want to mess with.

I started playing here last Dec. and on a Mac. The software definitely blows, but it honestly hasn't been super bad for me compared to a lot of people here. I've had the odd disconnect and a few months back had that certificate handshake problem that was going around and had to uninstall and install.

I'm only a casual player so play a few hours a night here and there with more on weekends.

The Bodog Gods must be happy with me. This week I got the option for EFT transfer withdraws since I'm Canadian. This is different than wire transfers and can be for as little as $20.

I also just got an email for a 100% match deposit bonus up to $500. I'm a winning player that has only ever made 2 deposits on the site, so pretty surprised I got this since they're known for being stingy as hell with the bonus unless you go broke.

So just a heads up that it might be coming your way too.

So I got a free tourney ticket to the $33 mad monday event which is really surprising to me considering I haven't even raked that much over the past week or 2 (not that I'm complaining I'll take a free $33 any day). Kinda curious if there is some sort of logic that has been figured out as to how bovada gives out tourney tickets, or it's just sort of random? Maybe there was a promo I didn't know about but I didn't think so.

They're had some issues with processing lately. I had a withdrawal requested on 9/17 and "processed" on 9/18 but the funds didn't arrive in my account within 4-7 days. Finally they emailed on 10/7 saying there was a "technical error" in processing the withdrawal (spoke to them on the phone and they said it was just delays in processing) and the funds were in my account 10/9.

I think it just comes down to them using a third party payment processor and not having a great line of communication with that processor.

strange... I requested a check on the 21st and got it in record time on the 24th, lucky me.

i won 2 tickets to the mad monday event #2 i rebuy with one of the tickets, never rebuy again, click add on and 3 dollars is deducted from my account, I check and the ticket is still there. The way that Bovada doesn't care about something like that makes me think they don't care about a lot things poker related. They do mad monday at least once a month, I could see if the ticket doesn't expire for a year or something, but the ticket expires tomorrow. They are essentially attempting to steal money.

Its one thing to say you cater to rec players another thing to attempt to steal from from your players in small ways. Then when players complain, (players have complained for years about issues regarding bovada and bodog tournament tickets for years) never fix the issue. Deplorable actually.

They tell you that you can only use one ticket per event when you register for the satellite. They aren't stealing anything.

I'm experiencing the same issue - unable to register for SnGs and I receive a similar error message as you noted above. No idea how to fix this.

I e-mailed them and it boiled down to this:

Yeah I can't update my funds right now and I usually sit down with a lot at the stud tables. Was scared for a moment, I guess everything is safe.

Edit: And I can't register anything currently.

So tilted right now. Lost a massive pot to a whale at 1k, tried to reload and got the 'we are unable to process your request at this time.' Now I get kicked out from the table for missing 3 blinds. So ****ing TILTED.

Weird thing is that a new player joined one of my games, so some people are still unaffected by this. Snap shut down Bovada once I saw a new player take a empty seat in hopes that closing/reopening Bovada would allow me reseat at the table with the whale. Now I cant even sign in to Bovada...

Not gonna lie this is definitely tilting me as well.
