Ignition casino/Bovada....tried a withdrawal and did not want to chance Bitcoin....so I asked for a check. The withdrawal was "approved" within 36 hours...and shockingly I received my check via Fed Ex within 3 calendar day!! I have read that the withdrawal requirements may change once the changeover completes, but for now it is faster than Bovada was.

Withdrawal experience. I opted not to test the bitcoin route and asked for a check. My withdrawal was "approved" within 36 hours. Shockingly Fedex just delivered my paper check within 3 days via priority express service.
I know their withdrawal methods may change after the complete switch over, but for now it is fast and fair.

Confirmed on the speed. Check in hand within 1 week for August and September "free" withdrawals.

Check delivered to wrong address.

Requested Bovada check withdrawal for $500 and it went quickly and smoothly until DHL courier service delivered to the wrong address. DHL followup stated that driver delivered to wrong address and that the "people" who received it threw it into the trash. (Don't think for a minute I believe that!)

Contacted Bovada, told them the story, and immediately asked that a stop payment be be issued. It has been 11 days since the request and the only response I get from Bovada is that they have forwarded my request to the "withdrawal team."

Since the check was coming from Singapore, I think I am screwed. DHL only tells me that the shipper must make a claim, not me.

Bottom line....Bitcoin may seem like a hassel, but one does not have to depend on multiple middlemen to perform to get one's money.

I will post followups as they occur.

Large Bitcoin withdrawal experience:

Normally I'm there for the omaha, but I took a shot at the bitcoin reload bonus in the casino and had a hot run. I ended up with $80,000 I wanted to withdrawal via bitcoin.

Their limit is $9,500 every 3 days. The first request took 12 (TWELVE) days to approve. I repeatedly called and e-mailed customer service during the second week and was given literally no meaningful replies or answers. They just kept saying my money was safe and they understood my frustration, but made no effort to explain the delay.

Eventually it was approved and since then they've been on schedule, sending $9,500 every 3 or 4 days. Two transactions to go, but overall it looks like it will take about 5 weeks to move that much out through BTC,

I'm assuming you tried to withdrawal most if not all of the 80k. What took so long was the fact that it it may have seem like a chip dump on their end i.e money laundering. Which explains the 12 days.

You can only dump chips to the house in the casino

I called support first and they advised me that I could submit a request for any amount, but they would break it up into smaller 9,500 increments on their end. So instead of having to submit a new request every 3 days over and over it seemed easier to submit one giant request.

In retrospect I would guess that this was a bad idea and I should have just submitted many requests for less than their max. Oh well, still reasonably pleased that they're now on schedule. Got another BTC chunk sent to me today.

Weird question: the "Wallet Address" box on the Ignition cashout page is not big enough to fit my Blockchain wallet's address (?). The last number does not appear. Does this matter?

I've cashed out on ignition and it was large enough. It should absolutely matter if you can't fit everything. How would ignition know where to send it if it is missing a character? Are you able to scroll left/right and see the entire address?

How many characters is your address and what wallet are you using?

The wallet is Blockchain, the address has 32 characters + 4 dashes. I need the dashes, right? So that would be 36 characters and the Ignition box only fits 35. Can't scroll farther to the right or type a new character...

So strange, but other people are using this wallet, so there must be an explanation. I will ask Ignition directly if no one knows.

My blockchain wallet address is only 34 letters/numbers and no dashes fwiw. Not sure what the standard is.

Does it look like this?

12345678-2c63-47cc-abcd-9d339a7e86f9

That is your blockhain wallet id for login purposes. That is not the same as your wallet receiving address.

Your receiving address has no dashes and will change every time you use it.

Watch this video from Endthefed and it will show you how to get your bitcoin receiving address.

Curious as to how long it took people to receive their money from circle into their bank account?

Cheers. Hoping to get it in time to play some nit-ring live poker during football Sunday.

If I send some bitcoin value of $100 at the very moment of sending to circle from blockchain, is there a reason why I would receive significantly less value like $92?
