Update: Money returned to my account yesterday. Going to request withdrawal and ask a supervisor to expedite it due to previous inconvenience. Frustrating that it took this long, but what can you do

It's all relative. I have made 2 BTC withdrawals so far, and one took 3 days and one took 2. So when it works, it's great. Now, maybe I am lucky so far, but my last check took 31 days get to me. In that time, I could have had a failed BTC withdrawal reversed and resent in probably faster time. And BTC can never bounce either. So, compared to the alternatives and what we have been dealing with previously, like 2 month Vff delays, month long check w/d times(and some bounced cks) and delayed wires (personally i haven't been able to do wires b/c all my routing #'s for my 2 banks are blacklisted) a few BTC failures doesn't seem so bad. Yes, it could be better but it does seem a lot better than before we had BTC

I got a check in exactly 2 weeks on a June request. I got the tracking number a day after it was delivered.

Withdrawal re-requested, expedited and approved. In blockchain in less than 15 minutes. Unnecessary agony created, but they eventually got things taken care of.

And after July 31st, any amount of the bonus you haven't released is forfeited as well?
Or is that just the last day to deposit and get the bonus?

No the July 31 is just the offer expiration to deposit and get the bonus. They said you have 5 months to get it released. Also, if you lose some money and use the bonus part to play, any money you win when using the bonus to play will go to the bonus and is forfeited along with the bonus is you don't clear it.

So the 20% bitcoin deposit bonus is effectively just 5% rakeback? If my math is correct, then a $500 deposit would require $2,000 in rake to clear $100 bonus.

Waiting six days now on a BTC withdrawal request. Not max, but >$3K. Support says approvals are taking longer than 48 hrs right now, and that it will be paid in increments every three days.

Definitely seems like larger w/ds are getting delayed. Hope they clean this backlog - or whatever it is - up fast.

Can some one give me some insight if,they have experienced this before....

I requested,payout via check. I received my,check,today and went to my bank. Starts with a B and,ends with an A. I went inside to a person behind the counter and,asked,to,deposit the check. The person stated they had only handled a foreign check (canada) 2 times so he asked dpr,the manager,to help,assist. I was told no funds would not,be available,right away and that I needed,to,fill out a collection receipt. The manager told me,they would,send the check immediately via fed ex to their foreign collections department to,handle this check. She,stated it could take 6-8 weeks before funds could become,available. That would be worse case scenario. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before.....? 6-8 weeks seems like a hell of a long time. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Since it does not say anywhere when it expires, I contacted them by email and they responded saying it is 5 months.

you might wanna switch banks, ive never had a problem depositing a check from up north although i prefer the other location so i can just use the atm. deposited another last week from up north and funds were available the next day, never been more than a few days for me
