Bitcoin is a public ledger that you can just look up on blockchain!!! thats the whole point of bitcoin , sending screenshots doesnt prove anything and is a waste of time for Bovada and its customers
Preach. I know the odds of anyone from Bovada reading this are low... but communication between players and customer service would be greatly improved if the regular support members were given a 10 minute briefing on bitcoin.
Or at least have one support member on the clock that can answer all the bitcoin related issues.

I can imagine there would be an increase in overall withdrawal requests.
With bitcoin I can now get one free withdrawal every 5 days instead of once a month. So it makes sense to withdraw more frequently and keep only the minimum amount needed on site.

Yeah, after Bovada sends the bitcoin to your wallet you send it to your card. It's converted to USD instantly and available to spend or withdraw as cash.

Hmm, maybe? Or just a glitch.
If you're using an email that you haven't given out to anyone, and your computer is secure then it seems more likely it would just be an error. Keep an eye out for anything else like the email requesting a new browser log in and stuff. If nothing else happens you're probably good.
