Sorry your having issues, but I don't believe this is the typical case but rather the exception. I know many (4-5) people who only use the debit card method. I have used it 4 times this year and not even stars pre Black Friday compared with the one withdraw (I requested Sunday night at 9pm, money was in my account ready to be taken out at atm that Tuesday evening). I get this is probably frustrating but honestly I think you should continue to follow up with whatever issue is causing this. Once it's verified it's really the nuts. I had stopped playing online for a while and this was a major reason why I came back. It's so damn easy to get money off (again... I am not saying your problems don't exist, but I think it will get resolved and once they do, you'll be happy with the method)
Good luck getting all straightened out.
Fees are solid as well, I typically use a casino atm, it is 2$ for the card side and 3$ from casino but can snag the full grand at once. So end up paying 5$ on 1k... 0.5% is as good as it gets.
