I also have Debit payout Req-10/28, Proc-10/29. Weekend don't count obv so its only 3 days so far, so I'm staying optimistic. Even though I'm still waiting on max Bank wire from 10/14, so its hard to be confident about anything right now.

Update, my debit card withdrawal was JUST received. So less than 48 hours, but it wasn't a huge amount so maybe that's why

Customer service told me yesterday that pretty much what you said is what the problem is. They said because of football and NBA they get a lot more withdrawal request around this time.

I haven't yet, and it's been 11 business days since my cashout via check by courier. I'm somewhat worried, but i wasn't sure if this was standard as it seemed like they have been pretty on point in terms of getting people their checks in the specified time frame.

bovad is a joke...just got off the phone with customer service wondering why my tracking number hadn't came yet...she puts me on hold for 10 mins, comes back and tells me they are backed up from last month. A couple minutes later she tells me my withdraw had been canceled and the money is back in my account. I tell her i never requested to cancel the check and there is no email saying i requested the check to be canceled..She says there's nothing she can do and i have to request another cash out which means its gonna take two days to process and another 2 or more weeks before i receive my funds.WTF

Just got a call from bovada apparently someone accidentally canceled my withdraw so they are going to give me a 100$ bonus and my new withdraw got approved so my check should be here within 7 days hopefully.

Has anyone used the option to have the withdrawal credited back to the credit card used to make the deposit?

I tried it and it was approved and my Bovada balance has been reduced. It's been 7 business days and I don't see it on my credit card yet, but I might be worrying too soon since they said it takes 7 business days on average.

For those of you guys who got the prepaid mastercard, what email address and password do you use on the activation website?

For bank wires, there is no limit listed, but they will only send $9,500 at a time. Is there any advantage to requesting more than $9,500? For example, do they treat it as one withdrawal as far as fees if you request 28,5? Has anyone ever had them send more than $9,5?

Additionally, after putting through the request, it was acknowledged and I was told it would be reviewed within 48 hours. Is it normal for the money to remain in my account until after approval? (Or does it even go past that and stay in the account until it is sent?) It's slightly awkward for record-keeping, but mostly concerned with confirming that this is normal.
