It's from the North. They won't scan with mobile either. You have to bring it into the bank and deposit in person.

Cashed out plenty of times via chack with most going thru and a few that bounced (had to send in bad check & new ones were sent).

Deposited a check for 2k on 1/30 and has NOT bounced (yet?) (using big bank Fargo)

Today I look at my bovada account and $2000 + $50 fee were placed back into my balance. When I look at statement is says canceled courrier with the totals $2000 & $50 fee noted.

Anyone run into this?

A) They know it will bounce (my history with bad checks is you have to send a copy in tho) so kinda weird

B) They some how made a mistake and I have now and extra $2050?

I have also already recieved checks of $2195 & $3k in past 30 days (not sure if that matters, the $2k im speaking to was the middle payout of the three)

Thoughts?
Ive have A happen to me.

Id check your Bovada email and if theres nothing there contact them. The check might be no good. I had a message in my Bovada account email that Id have never seen except that in the same time frame others were experiencing the same thing so I was thinking my check was bad as well. It turned out there were some checks with erroneous numbers sent out that were invalid.

Whether its A or B Id contact them if you cant find an explanation in your emails.

Same here, tried to deposit via atm and said "Can't deposit foreign check, please see a representative." Went inside and had a mini sweat when she ran it through a second time and started mumbling to herself and clicking keys quickly. I asked if everything was alright and she said she hit the wrong button. No problems, easy game.

well if you want to feel a little optimistic about it they screwed up and double payed me out a month ago so if you dont say anything to them about it maybe theres a chance you just made a cool 2k. i would make sure there over 2k in you bank for a couple months just in case though.

MT

req 2/11
app 2/11
it was cancelled for some reason and re-approved 2/14. I called and they confirmed this and said it was a mistake on their end.
CIH 2/15

Very happy camper so far, first pay out requested on Bovada.

Req: 2/9
App: 2/9
CIH: 2/12

After reading, I didn't bother with the ATM and just went straight into local branch of a bank that rhymes with Place. The check came from the north and is already converted in "US Funds". After reading on here I expected to the teller to say something but she didn't say a word. Easy simple process.

Called support 2/14 early AM to request status, was told they don't know what's going on, will respond in 24-48 hours

Still waiting

What do they require for cash-out approvals here? Copies of multiple forms of picture id's, copy of SS card and copy of utility bill faxed to them? I know this was all required by some in the past prior to the US online gambling fiasco, so I'm just curious.

And what has everyone found was the easiest/quickest deposit method with the least amount of fees? Thanks.

I honestly don't think I ever had to submit anything (US player on bovada). If anything, it was a photo of the front of my license, but I think I only used that for a different site. YMMV.
Edit: I have a copy of a water bill saved in my documents -- not sure if I used that on this site or a different site. So maybe that, too, but not sure. Sorry

This was my 4th check from Bovada, and the fastest it has ever been. Very impressed.

So Request first check from bovada for $1000 not bad for a min deposit too. Requested 2/11. CIH 2/17. Pretty fast IMO. Does anyone ever use bank that sounds like "DMC" and should you use ATM or go inside. check from up north. Hopefully it goes through fast and not have to wait a week or 2.

The ATM won't process international checks. You have to go inside. Won't be able to cash it. Must deposit it. I've never had any issues. Nice job on $1000. I had a similar story with the check i got today. Turned $20 into $1,500 in 2 hours.

Long story short. When I deposited $20 and had a 100% match bonus, but I didn't realize I had to play slots. Never played slot online before. Ended up betting way to much and won $175 on my first spin. Ran it up to $500 and tried to cash out, but had to spend $1,000 in bets since I entered the code for 100% match. Ended up having $300 left after spending the $1,000. Sat down at $1/$2 and literally ran like a God. Had a little over $1,500 and just cashed it out. It was wild.

Cashed out $1k from Bovada last week. Took it to Skank of Comerica and the ATM wouldn't take it. Went into teller and she couldn't process it so the her manager came over and starting grilling me saying he'd never seen a check like that and said it would have to go to collections which takes 8 weeks and there would be an undetermined fee so I took the check back. I called Bovada and explained but they told me I should just send it to collections. I told them I'm not paying a fee and waiting 2 months to clear the check when they didn't warn me at all this could happen. The instructions in the message on the site says deposit in ATM.

So I asked to have the check canceled. Well he says to cancel the check there is a $40 fee lol. I told him I'm not paying a fee to cancel a check I couldn't deposit at the largest bank in the world. He told me I have no other option. All I can do is pay that fee and then pay the $150 western union fee totaling $190 to get $1000...19%. I play everyday on Bovada for along time and he knows that. I told him if you charge me this $40 fee I'm not gonna play another hand on Bovada and they'll lose all my daily rake in the future. He refuses to wave it. He refuses to offer me a bank wire as a compromise saying it's a minimum of $3000. After listening to his constant run around about their process I just told him to cancel the check and I'm now going to cut my losses and leave the site.

GG Bovada. Solid business practice.

Lol at thinking its Bovada's problem you deal with idiots at your local bank.

What you should have done is taken the check back and went to a different branch. After all, there are plenty of people itt that have had no problem depositing checks at boa.

Thx for your condescending reply. First I tried to deposit this same check from Canada last time at a different branch and the same thing happened. The manager was called in and I was questioned. I ended up taking it to the ATM and it worked. So forgive me for not wanting to go back to that branch suffering the embarrassment of being questioned like I'm a scammer.

Second I was able to cash a check from the East with the teller just fine but was told by Bovada that If were to get another check reissued it would be from the same place.

So thanks for jumping into the defense of Bovada for reasons I can't fathom other than you work for them. Annoying. People like you annoy the **** out of me. You have a lot of posts in this thread none of which are reporting a cash out of your own which makes me wonder why you're in here.

There's nothing to defend, on behalf of Bocada, as I can't see where they did anything wrong.

You got hassled at your bank, go post on their forum and bitch.

You don't like the way Bovada enforces their policies? Then pound sand and move to another site. Your story has been told here, over and over, but you probably didn't read the thread.

Anyways, good luck at your new site.
