Got 2 checks last couple weeks. Both went smooth(besides the fact that the ATM won't accept it). Just go to your bank teller and the money will be added to your bank account. Once I got the check and cashed it in it went through the next day.

But but, what if the teller asks you what color underwear you have on?

Thinking about depositing on Bovada. Just wondering if everybody has to send in verification documents to be able to withdraw. And if so what documents will I need to send in? Thanks.

It's "hit and miss" with regard to verifying your account. Sometimes they will ask for ID, etc. Most of the time they won't. However, if you deposit with a credit card, there is a much larger likelihood they will verify.

http://www.bovada.lv/help/verification-forms

I sent mine in right after my first deposit (debit card).

He may have needed to verify his account, which made it longer to get processed.

Looks like black Friday 2 to me but hopefully the next check they send will be good .

After black Friday its hard to have an optimistic outlook when the first check you get from them bounces due to frozen funds.

Pretty easy fix really. Send them a copy of the bad check and a bank statement, they reissue another check and give you credit for the fees you had to pay. Takes about 2 or 3 weeks. Sometimes there is a batch of bad checks.

Please stop typing. I received 28 checks in 2013 from Bovada and 4 of them bounced in which I was reissued another check. This is standard standard standard and you can stop freaking out about your $500 at anytime.

For reference, I've cataloged 280 distinct player reported experiences of requesting and receiving check payouts from Bovada since May of 2013. Doubtless not every single one went off 100% perfectly, but Black Friday 2 it is not, sharky.

See the Lock Pending Cashout Report in the internet forum for a room that actually doesn't have money to pay its players. Bovada is a stout, well-oiled machine in terms of payouts - and from all accounts, they quickly make it right if there's an issue with your check.

(Cross posted from another thread, not a Bovada cheque, but this thread gets more action I think.)

Not sure what to do about this.

Received a cheque on the 17th, deposited into ATM at bank that rhymes with Ace. I do this all of the time, I am friendly with my bankers, and have told them I do affiliate marketing in the past.

This morning the cheque clears, I go to the bank to withdraw the money and they say they cannot as the account is on hold.

Talk to the manager and she says that someone at corporate put a hold on the account because they were trying to call the 1-800 number on the cheque and no one was answering. They wanted me to give them a number and contact name of someone they could talk to. I was like, can't they just run the check and see if its good?

So, I don't know if its just nosiness or what is going on?

So, I talked to support at sportsbook and they said I could give them the 1-800 number to their site, but if they figured out it was a gambling transaction they probaby wouldn't cash the check.

That seemed like a huge mistake? I have no idea what to do.

Bad News guys:

I had a $3000 check returned by the bank due to "Frozen Funds"

Called bovada, they asked for a copy of the check. I will update later.

just to clarify is WU and moneygram not an option for cashout if we used a visa debit/credit card to depo? seems like moneygram or WU would be the fastest and easiest

Must be a bad batch that went out 1-3 weeks ago. Usually when that happens they fix it...and the next batch is good just takes a little longer. Glad I didn't do my free check request for the month until 2 days ago. Fingers crossed I don't get bad batch!!

WU still may be an option, regardless of deposit method. MG, generally requires an MG deposit. However, as with all things Bovada, these rules are player dependent.

If you're not sure I'd advise contacting support to clarify what withdraw options are available, for your account.
