My problem with them is that I can't get a straight answer out of them. I cashed some money off right before the debit card situation occurred with their processers. All I was trying to do each time I called and emailed was to make sure that my money was in fact heading to my debit card, not just waiting to go there when the whole situation was resolved with the debit card company. Each person I talked to or emailed gave me a completely different answer. One said yes it's coming, give it until Friday, another says no it's not coming to your debit card it will have to go through WU, please give it 10 more business days. Nobody ever knows what they're talking about there and therefore you never get an honest answer to where you feel more comfortable about your money when your done speaking with a customer service representative.

In bodog's defense, after I emailed them telling them how disappointed I was in their handling of this whole situation and how my trust and confidence in ever putting money on their website had been severely shakened I called them and talked with them about the WU deal. Just got an email and hour ago with my information to go pick up my money tomorrow. Hopefully no hassles.

Bodog is making good on my attempted withdrawls to the Debit Card from this past Friday. Since they cant push it onto the card they are offering me a WU withdrawl or to return the money to my account with a very nice bonus on top of it. I will probably return the money to the account and take the bonus money with a 1x rollover.

Finally received my tracking number for check requested 6/7. Now comes the fun part, playing the deposit roulette game...

We have received notification from our Debit Card provider that they will be unable to process future payout requests to your Debit Card. If you already have funds on your card, the balance will remain available for use or withdrawal; however, once depleted your card will become inactive.

yeah I was holding out for the debit card to avoid the 40 "business" day wait but got the same email. basically the card that is in the mail and you have waited the last 30 days for should be shredded.

Is Rapid Transfer the way to go now?

now that almost all of the w/d options are gone, i would personally call cs about waiving the "must deposit via wu before w/d via wu" clause, and w/d via wu. i would w/d via wu even if i had to redeposit right now to do it.

to MICADOO regarding your "paycheck". there is more to being a "poker pro" than being a winning player. along with br mgt and the mental part of poker, there is a must to educate yourself on each site you play on, the current legal climate of your country, risk mgt, planning, and personal financial mgt. in this case, since you w/d regularly (and i assume are in usa), it is an absolute MUST for you to have set up your wu w/d option months ago. while all of this bs regarding checks has continued, i have received my wu payout once every month, with the wait times continuing to GET BETTER.

People who request checks aren't drunken tards, requesting checks used to work, now it doesn't. WU is the same way, it may be working now, but soon it won't. For a long time it worked, then it didn't. Those who remember that they took that option away had to go back to checks. The fact that some of you have never had to wait long for a WU cashout means you've been lucky, it doesn't mean that those who haven't done it like you are dumb.

i requested a check on June 3rd. Could i have canceled it and gotten it through WU or Moneygram before this debit card thing option does not work now?

I'm a little confused at what you are actually asking. But I think it is very likely you could cancel your check and w/d through WU or MG. I don't think the debit card thing has anything to do with WU or MG.

You can until it is approved within the cashier. If not; talk to someone on the phone and possibly; if they say no, ask to speak to someone else and keep trying.

when the checks first started taking forever people had a legit beef
but its the same people months later still complaining about it when at this point you know our govt sucks and checks will take forever while wu is quick

I think most of us are complaining about the same checks from months ago. I requested a 12k withdrawal over 2 months ago. Check was the only option for a withdrawal greater than 3k and they said 15-20 business days. Still no word from Bodog on when it might actually come. And unlike Stars, no compensation when the withdrawals are delayed. Compensation would go a long ways towards restoring some good will towards the company.

i agree with everything you just said but many people in this thread are bitching and moaning about withdrawl options NOW when you can literlerly have cash in your hand a day or 2 after you request it.
