How do you know when the payment has "processed" because my account is still showing "pending" . By processed to you mean when it was actually deducted from your account balance?

Also, just spoke with CS again and the said it's within 48 hours for the payout to be approved, then within another 3-5 business days before the actual payout. So I guess anyone looking compensation for a longer than stated wait time needs to wait at least a total of 7 business days. That's how I understand to be.

One more thing, I was told once the payout has "cleared" we can deposit again but not exactly sure what constitutes cleared because they say my payout has cleared and I can make deposits but I still don't have a control number. Anyway just sharing info.

EDIT- Payout status just went to "approved" in my Bovada account shortly after posting this, so I guess the 3-5 business day window starts now. All good, just want to understand the process and know what to expect.

Relax. Its been 9 Bus days. Ive had checks take up to 15 Bus days and sometimes ive received the tracking info after the check comes. Be patient

All checks processed that were requested in mid-may have been received. All checks were deposited at the teller - no issue plus 6k and those came from a cold snowy region....Happy camper

Stupid question alert: Can I pick up my WU withdrawal at any store that handles WU or does it have to be the local one near my address listed..?

I have been told that anywhere within the state that the WU was sent to is fine, I personally have picked them up as far as 50-60 miles from my listed address with no issues.

Live in NV. I always run well on payouts. It's been a long time since I've had to wait>2 weeks. Long time since one bounced too.

Received the same email yesterday as an earlier poster but it all was handled today. I suggest anyone having issues talk with CS, they were actually very helpful, I think, in getting this done.

I withdrew via WU on the 4th and it cleared the 6th. I got the "delayed by three to five business days" email yesterday, the 6th.

So you're saying if I contact customer service, there's a chance I can get it in due original time?

I would like to think CS somehow expedited my payout and as someone else mentioned, it can't hurt to talk with them but in all likely hood Bovoda is just catching up the withdrawal times. I was told by CS that the "delay" email, was just an approximation, likely in response to all the inquires. I wouldn't be surprised if a 6/4/13 payout received a control number Saturday, if they do that on the weekends or Monday at the latest.

Make sure to check your Bovada account for a "payout email sent" message because I never got the info to my actual email, I had to call them after I saw this message in my Bovada account, then they gave me the pick up info over the phone. Could have been an isolated incident though, just putting it out there.

Ugh so annoyed. My check was supposed to be delivered today. However, DHL sucks and did not deliver it. The street I live on is currently under construction and thus there is no where to park. But there is parking available on both side streets. One side street is only 500ft from my house. So instead of parking his truck and walking 500 ft to my house the courier just left. Fricon ridiculous. This is why DHL is trash. Bovada please find another courier service.
