Does ignition require additional information/verification when requesting a crypto withdrawal over $10k?

Good luck to anyone playing in The Milly.

We need an action plan. At least four people in this thread need to mini-cash. At least two people in this thread need to make $2k+. And one person, well for that one person, the sky is the limit.

Is it normal for crypto withdrawals to take so long? It's been 3 days since I put in a request and it still hasn't been confirmed. Other times it has only taken like 15 min. Would it be faster to cancel this withdrawal and request a new one?

If you are not part of the Crypto-Exclusive membership club, then join because usually speeds up withdrawals and you'll will see an extra bonus offer each week.

Below is the contact info. Whenever I post this I say that the best game plan is to politely ask for help with your problem. I'd contact them before doing any type of cancel, maybe it is sitting there unprocessed and the moment you contact them they see it and process it. Also when was your last withdrawal because withdrawals are only allowed every 48-72 hour although you can get around that by using a different crypto for the second withdrawal.

Stuff happens, contact them.

Why on earth would you choose to use a card?

Just take an hour to figure out crypto and be done with it. I didn't want to either, but I haven't had one deposit/withdrawal issue since making the switch years ago.

I've been waiting nine days now for a bitcoin withdrawal. I haven't waited more than a day for one in years. I have emailed them multiple times and they just tell me that my withdrawal is still under investigation. I have no idea why as I have done nothing wrong. I'm definitely getting concerned though.

Super fast bitcoin withdrawals lately, always within a few hours. Bitcoin has been a godsend for online poker, if anytbody has not gotten on board yet for your deposits and withdrawals I highy suggest doing so.

Luis,

If you are in a pinch and need money, try doing a second withdrawal with a different crypto coin like Litecoin to see if it confirms/mines faster. As long as you are using a different coin you don't have to wait the 48-72 hours to do a second withdrawal. Also don't cancel the Bitcoin withdrawal, let it play out.

When the crypto market starts taking crazy swings, especially down, these delays in withdrawals happen. It has happened before and will happen again. This is still 100 times better than the bad old days of bouncing checks.

It's possible it takes longer than another day. Depends the amount of fees that Bonition uses when sending.

This site is good for keeping up with the BTC mempool: https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,24h,weight

Filter for last 1 year and you can see how high transaction volume is currently. Filter for 'all' and you can see that this has happened many times before (and a few times w significantly higher tx volume).

So I think i made a boo-boo. I made an attempt to withdraw my balance for a Vegas trip using Tether. My wallet has an option to receive to an ERC20 USDT wallet or a BSC USDT wallet. When withdrawing from Ignition I put in the BSC USDT wallet address. Ignition says the withdrawal was processed, ETH scan says that it was completed but there is nothing in either wallet. Am i **** out of luck because I used the BSC wallet address instead of the ERC?

I've read something like that happening on their forums. Posting there is the best way to get help.

No, the Pokerstars forum.

Spoiler:
Of course the ignition forum, its site address gets posted here every page or so. That's the best place to get customer service from them.

Does anyone have experience dealing with exchanges asking for source of funds and how to answer such questions? I already use Exodus as a intermediary wallet but I see that Bovada uses the same address repeatedly so it’s not difficult for exchanges to figure out where the crypto comes from.
