I have had a BCH deposit outstanding for over 2 weeks. They acknowledge that the funds were sent and the transaction has confirmed. Yet no resolution. Have sent multiple emails chats, phone calls. Keep telling me they will notify me when it is resolved? The transaction is confirmed? I'm not sure what else there is to resolve?

Test withdrawal to Tether on CoinB of $50 went through in an hour or so. Then initiated withdrawel for $3200.00. Bovada confirmed request. After three days i have not gotten the funds nor a withdrawal "Processed" email.
I emailed support and got sent a form reply about checking the FAQ and "Community" tabs for information.

Several things here, firstly don't deposit/withdrawal directly to Coinbase, use a intermediate privacy wallet like Exodus. Grab some coffee and read back through the last few pages of this thread and the WPN/ACR payout thread for this.

Secondly, stuff happens, contact them through their forum if email isn't getting the job done. Below is the contact info. Whenever I post this I say that the best game plan is to politely ask for help with your problem.

You are only allowed/they will only process Crypto withdrawls once every 3 days.

I have also been getting my withdraws within an hour.

Do you know what happens when you request a withdrawal within the 3 days? Does it wait to be processed or are the funds returned to the account automatically? Cheers!

Things can change over time, but I think a long time ago I clicked a second withdrawal in less than 3 days and it simply waited to process until the 3 days were up.

The way to get around the 3 day wait is to use a different crypto method for the second withdrawal.

Its been about two years since my last withdrawal. and i need help figuring this out again. The chain of my withdrawal process used to look like this.

Ignition request -> bread wallet -> coinbase -> bank account.

The last time i signed onto my bread wallet account it looked like it is now owned by coinbase. Does this mean i should get another wallet? if so which one?

I’ve been using Edge for about a year and like it. Others are Exodus or Blockchain. I don’t know anything about bread

Fancy.

I caved and deposited with no ****ing bonus. Games are still soft enough despite all the problems. I guess that kind of makes up for my rewards getting nuked.

Does the software work on tablets? If so how does it compare to laptops?

Thinking of buying a tablet or laptop pretty much just to play Ignition from hotel rooms.

You accidentally bumped the deposit/withdrawal thread instead of the regular thread. The regular thread gets a lot more views, therefore I suggest reposting it there.

I don't have a tablet, but I've played plenty times on my phone and the mobile version has worked perfectly fine. Also for a laptop (and I'm guessing tablet) there is a browser version that also works fine. So there are three fully functioning ways to play by either computer download, computer browser or smartphone mobile. My guess is the tablet through browser will work.

Cross posting for visibility:

I'm writing this post because I have exhausted all other avenues. I have given Ignition support months to "investigate" my case. They have driven me in circles for over 3 months. They have wrongfully withheld a large % of my earnings and offered me 0 update in the process. Their team has not even accused my account of anything, yet my funds are frozen and I can't login to my account.

My Story:

I grinded my way up to 500nl over the course of a year.

I dropped out of school. Took my crypto gains to get coached by a few euro hs regs. Eventually starting seeing results up to 1knl.

I started at 10nl on ACR. As I gained more confidence in my game I moved over to ignition to play 200nl. A new coach from the US suggested I play on ignition. Where the 200-1knl action was better. I took his advice and jumped in the mix.

He was right. Games were good on Ignition. My red line grew and my strategies started printing. Within a couple months I was playing 500nl regularly.

I told my college friend about the games and how I had learned a strategy to crush the games. My college buddy became more interested in poker. I told him I could lead him in the right direction. He would often play on his laptop while lounging on my couch. He was newer to the game so he played 25-50nl. We never card shared, ghosted each other, used RTA, multiaccounted etc. We never played the same stakes.

I thought grind houses were a popular thing in the community so I didn't think anything of this. I now know that two players playing from the same IP is against Ignition ToS. I assume this is why Ignition is freezing my account (even though they have not accused me of doing anything yet).

After a few weeks of playing on the same IP, Ignition froze my account and withhold my funds. Saying they had to launch an investigation on my account. I was surprised at first but figured it was a routine check on a new winning player to the site. Couple days later the same thing happens to my friend.

I submitted all the documentation requested in a timely manner. Yet, I have received no update from Ignition. There team has been very unprofessional. They have repeatedly lied to me over the phone, through email and chat. They have driven me in circles and stalled for months. The cycle is consistent.

It goes like this:
1. I email them and they tell me to chat.
2. I chat them and they tell me to schedule a call.
3. They never call.
4. I email them and they tell me to send a chat.

Ignition is wrongfully withholding a large percentage of my earnings with no explanation or communication. Their interactions with me have shown a lack of business ethics. I wonder what impact the recent crypto dumps have had on Ignition's balance sheet. Is this the reason why they are stalling so much to release my funds?

I write this post as a warnings to those that currently have funds on Ignition. Yes, the action is good but know that you are taking a counter party risk.

I would be interested to hear about others who are going through similar problems with Ignition. If you are willing to share your story with me DM me. I have heard multiple people going through very similar processes. I'd like to investigate this pattern to get to the bottom of what Ignition is doing.

Is it normal/fair to confiscate someone's funds over having different accounts login in from the same Wifi? It doesn't seem ethical to me that they let you deposit and have no problem with you gambling it away, but as soon as you start winning they seize your funds. I've had my Ignition account for years. Is a warning not sufficient ?

Is this pattern familiar to anyone else?

Evidence:

Here are some screenshots of my emails with support so you can see the timeline of events. I am missing the chat transcripts, but this gives you the general gist:

1. On april 27, 2022 I receive an email saying I need to verify my identity. I submit a withdrawal for $5561. (weird bc I had withdrawn tons of times before this)

3. On May 4, 2022 I reach out to support inquiring about why my withdrawal is taking so long. They respond to tell me my account is temporarily disabled and give me instructions with information to provide. They say it will take 24-48 hours to process my documents.

4. On May 4th, I submit all the requested documentation and asked support to call me so that we can square whatever issue my account had efficiently.

5. On May 10th, I follow up with support because they said they'd process the documents in 24-48 hours.

6. On May 11th, support emails me saying they received my documentation and will contact me with further details soon.

7. On May 22, support schedules a call with their security team. I have the call a couple days later. The agent asks me basic questions like what is UTG? He says they will provide another update in a couple of days.

8. Two weeks go by and I reach out for an update again.

9. On June 12, support says they can't help me via email but if I use the chat function that they will help me.

10. I'm excited to finally fix my account. Only when I get in touch with the chat agent they say that they can't do anything for me. They say I should schedule a call to discuss my account. See the circle?

11. Weeks pass and I receive 0 call. I email them again on July 12.

12. On July 13, they respond saying they can't discuss my account through email but that I should contact them via live chat again.

13. I contact live support again and they can't help me. They say they will call me in 24-48 hours. No one ever calls me.

As you can see this cycle is repetitive. I have exhausted all my options and am unsure how to handle this situation to get my money back. At the minimum I figured I'd share my story to warn others from using Ignition. Does 2+2 have any advice for me?

In the main thread there were several people that it took 3-4 months to get their accounts unlocked since covid took down the call centers. And if instead of talking you are mostly left with writing words, well I’m telling you you handled this all wrong. I could write a post as long as yours about the over a dozen things you did wrong, but I’ll keep this simple.

I read your messages you posted and I'm shaking my head at you.

Don’t tell them that their actions are "unacceptable." You are ****ing yourself over with wording like this. If some uppity jackass at Bonition doesn’t like your wording, then they might decide not to call you back. I have a post I bump with the contact info for Bonition and I specifically state Bonition doesn’t take crap on their forum and will delete posts and ban people. You are doing it wrong.

You need an attitude adjustment. You have written that their actions are "unacceptable" and "weird" just to name two words you have used to describe them. You need an attitude adjustment. Every single message you send to them contains some type of passive-aggressive bullcrap that actually undermines your efforts. You want your money, but you have written to them that you get a lot of robo calls and don’t answer unknown calls. ANSWER EVERY ****ING CALL ON YOUR PHONE FOR A WEEK TO GET YOUR GODAMN MONEY BACK.

Agreed with all of this. Lots of mistakes in how he's communicating. On the other hand, his post here is on of the better posts on this topic I've seen in terms of providing readers information on how to help him out. Usually it's a 1 paragraph wall of text that ends with 3 guys sharing the same computer.

Fwiw, n=1, a friend of mine had his account 'investigated' for 6 months and got it back eventually.

Thanks for the response. I've been frustrated by the situation and worded things emotionally. It appears this may have been a blind spot.

I've tried to get on the phone with them but they don't answer. When they do answer they say to wait for an update. Over 3 months later and still nothing.

Do you have any advice on how to get into contact with them?

I have a couple of telephone numbers for Bonition. I have them written down and have no idea how long I've had them, if they are still in service, if the are higher level concierge service or regular numbers. Give them both a try even the one for Bovada even though you have an Ignition issue. Ignition 855-370-0600 and Bovada 866-502-3365.

Bonition really wants most things to go through their forum, but depending on if/how someone's account is disabled it means that can't log into the forum. If you know anyone that is willing to log into the Ignition forum and look up what moderators are helping solve problems and ask your friend to relay your story and ask to have the moderator email you and see if you can get this expedited. The Bonition forum moderator types are the true problem solvers. To be brutally honest, I've not willing to be the one to pass along a message given how you've handled this so far.

Other than the above advice, all I can say and HokieGreg said the same thing, you are not alone in having your account disable to many months.

Did something change with their BTC cash outs?

It always takes less than 30 minutes for it to arrive in my wallet.

Now it's saying ETA is in 2 days.

Amount is < $500
