And to whoever posted above, trying to deposit while waiting for a cashout , they allow you to “reduce” your cashout so you can borrow from your own payout. Just make sure you type in what you want left for your cashout

I.e you’re cashing out $550, you want to borrow $50...reduce it to $500

How do I request a new wallet id? Apparently I cant use the same one ive been using.

In your wallet (I use blockchain), find the Settings or Addresses button and create a new wallet.

Sucks about the slow BTC withdrawals that are apparently going on. I requested yesterday from Ignition after the feature returned, nothing yet (just one day obv, but in the past it was sometimes a matter of hours).

I find it funny how Ignition gives you every opportunity to cancel or reduce the withdrawal, lol.

Ty! I was trying to figure it out on the mobile version. I didnt know that I had to give my new address a name. If I dont get it processed by Monday I will call them and be annoying.

I called them this morning. He told me it was backed up quite a bit and will probably take a few more days. I'll try calling at night and see if I get a different response.

I also asked if it made a difference if you canceled the withdrawal and started over. He said no, and that it would just make it take longer as it would move you to the back of the queue.

I can live with that. I sometimes feel like its just me and they dont like that I cash out every three days.

I requested a ~$100 BTC cashout on 08/12 (10PM EST) but my last few were done in just a few hours.

What sucks is my account is now at $0 and I'm unable to cancel the withdrawl or even make a new deposit until the withdrawl clears (tried chat + phone support, worthless...smh).

One guy said it was too far along to cancel but still could be 24-48 hours more (WTF?). Horrible business operation, must be nice to print money and not care though.

Just thought I'd share my current experience and maybe someone knows of a "workaround" or better site to play on...LOL

EDIT/NOTE: Didn't know till I just tried, but I realized I could play the same MTTs on Ignition skin. Figured the cashier would overlap w/ Bovada, but I guess not.

They certainly don't act like a company that prints money, at least in the last few months while all these changes are happening in the background. It almost seems like common practice for them to ignore withdrawals once the price of BTC dips too much.

I just had a 3k withdrawal request time-out after 2 weeks. Got an email saying the attempt was cancelled (not by me) and had to resubmit it. I'm currently waiting on day 4 of the new request.

BTC in my wallet took less then 48 hours I am cool with that. Hope everyone else gets their money as well. thank you bovada

I had a btc withdrawal for small 3 figures started Monday morning 8am, in blockchain at Tuesday night about 9 pm. No delay at all here. Bovada skin.

Anyone else missing option to cancel your pending withdrawl? I'm missing a "Cancel" button on the "Withdrawl History" section of my account (Bovada skin).

I initiated on 8/12 (10pm EST) for only ~$100 (LOL).

They went from trying to tempt you into canceling your pending cash-outs (even leaving money in your account balance until processed), to not even letting me cancel my pending cashout or make any other deposit until it clears. SMH

Anyone else have this "lack of cancel button" issue, regarding their pending withdrawls on Bovada?

It must just be the Ignition skin then. On Day 7, I'll try calling them again tonight. This is quite frustrating.

My recent experience: Requested a BTC withdrawal on 8/7, just received on 8/17.

Having waited a week after my initial request I gave Ignition a call. The CS rep I spoke with approved the withdrawal on the line, claiming I'd get it in 15 minutes. A couple days later (today) I still had not received it, and called a second time. This time CS cancelled the original request and asked me to put in a new one. She pushed it through immediately and I received it in a couple minutes.

This was a break from my previous experiences. In the past BTC withdrawals have been smooth and fast.

BTC request now over a week past. Usually its 1-2 days max. I finally called and they said they would expedite it and should go through in next 24 hours (who knows if true). Ignition.

I am irate right now. I called again last night after waiting a week for my BTC withdrawal. The lady said she'd put me on their "order of importance" list or whatever.

This morning I get an email that says my BTC withdrawal request was canceled. I never canceled it. What the flying **** is this bull****, Ignition

I cant get anyone on chat. Nobody has answered my emails and even though im supposedly the only one next in line, nobody answers my calls. Its not the wait time but bad customer service. Im done because this reminds me of what happened with Carbon Poker. Cashing out my bankroll and going back to live poker. Software sucks anyway they've had years to get it right. I'm venting so sorry if I dicourage anyone. They will pay, Im 98% sure but this is the last straw. I cvant even play because Im so tilted.

Same just happened to me all within like 5 minutes. So I got on chat with them again and they just said reprocess it and everything should be back to normal time frames. We shall see though.
