Thanks for all your help with all this stuff, truly appreciate it.
I see that you got it figured out... but just to warn again, this is another reason why you should not send directly between Ignition and your exchange.
In general it's not a good idea to send bitcoin from one 3rd party to another 3rd party. If something goes wrong and the transaction gets refunded you want it to go to an address
you control.
That's why even if you want to go from one poker site to another you need to send it to your own wallet first in between.
Imagine how long you might have had to go back and forth with an Ignition support member that doesn't even understand bitcoin if Circle had refunded back to the address Ignition sent from.

Assuming I make the appropriate moves INSTANTLY, what amount of exposure (time frame) is there from the time Ign initiates the xfer to my wallet, I initiate a xfer to coinbase, then I initiate a sell to exchange to funds (with or w/o GDAX)?
Additionally, what is that exact same time frame if I go Ign-->Wallet-->Bitpay (again assuming that I am able to instantly xfer the BTC once received)?
Do you get email and/or push notifications (if there are appropriate apps) the moment BTC has hit your wallet or exchange?

From there it takes an average of 10 minutes (could be 1, could be 60, but avg 10) to get to your wallet.
Depending on which method you use to cash out it will average another 10 to 30 minutes for the transaction from your wallet to exchange.
So assuming Ignition sends correctly and the variance gods are on your side, you'll only be holding bitcoin for like 30 minutes or so.
And yes, you get an email the moment they send your withdrawal. If you have an app for your wallet and exchange you can do the whole process from your phone.
